"I'm going to get you! Lauren said with a smile as she watched the woman running through the snow laughing happily.
Lauren laughed loudly as she ran through the snow behind Camila until she finally caught up to her by grabbing her around the waist.
"Lauren!" Camila said laughing as she felt them tumble through the snow.
They both rolled down the hill as laughter filled the open space they were in. Camila stood over Lauren who was laughing and trying to catch her breath.
"Are you okay?" Camila asked, moving her glasses to look at Lauren's beautiful face.
"Very well," Lauren said putting her hands on Camila's waist.
Camila with one hand helped move Lauren's glasses until she could look into Lauren's eyes.
"Hello my love," Camila whispered sweetly.
"Hello my love" Lauren replied as Camila sighed leaning over her.
Camila closed her eyes feeling the love gushing from her body strongly. She leaned over Lauren to claim her lips in a kiss, forgetting everything. No matter the place. She loved her.
"Wait..." Lauren whispered, pulling away a little and letting the kiss fall on her cheek. "It's a public place..." Camila sat up and looked into her eyes. "We can't, Camz."
"You're right," Camila whispered quickly getting up and sitting down on the snow, "Forgive me for a moment I just thought about..." she kept silent. "I'm sorry."
"I've been dying to kiss you too, but not here, not where anyone can see us."
"I understand." Camila looked at the beautiful mountains in front of them. A few minutes earlier they had taken off their skis and looked for a place where they could walk a little. Dinah and Normani had decided to skate and had agreed to meet the four of them for lunch.
Lauren saw Camila's profile and felt sad that she had cut the kiss short, she slowly reached up to touch her leg and Camila gave her a sad smile.
"I can't wait to kiss you my love," she whispered, "You know I love you, but understand that things aren't that easy. We are not a conventional couple. And we're both married, we can't do things in public."
"You're going around in circles, Lauren," Camila said softly. "I told you I understood and I apologized. I know you're a married woman. It's on my mind every hour of every day," Camila's voice sounded full of pain. "I never forget."
"Just as I'm not forgetting that you are too," Lauren said, and Camila turned to look into her eyes.
"But our circumstances are different," Camila whispered. "Very different."
"In what way? The way that the asshole treats you like a beast when you sleep with him and doesn't value you."
"In that you love yours and I don't," Camila said, averting her eyes. "That's the big difference."
"Ryan is a very special man," Lauren said, looking at the mountains and sighing. "And you're right, I love him very much," her voice was soft. "But I'm in love with you."
