Tokyo-3, City outskirts
NERV investigators were searching the scene for any clues to the sudden abduction of EVA-09 and EVA-10. Though they were thorough in their search they couldn't find any leads so NERV has currently ruled it as an accident with new technology to the public, and pilots (L/n) and Striker are currently written off as M.I.A.
The three remaining EVA units are seen returning to the EVA cage. Their pilots soon walk out with sad and worried expressions on their faces.
Silence filled up the room until Asuka in a fit of anger slammed one of her firsts into a nearby wall.
Asuka: We were right there...and yet...we couldn't stop it! I was just standing there...
Asuka slams her fist on the nearby wall again and starts crying, thinking she might never see (Y/n) again.
Shinji: Asuka...
Asuka: My prince was stolen from me and I was powerless to stop it. Am...I this really this useless?!
Shinji: No you're not, none of us could have done anything. Our attacks just phased through it. It was just not up to us...
Rei then crouched down and held onto her face, as she started tearing up.
Rei: No there had to be something that I could have done, I could have pulled (Y/n)-nii out, O-or summon that lance I used on Kiter. O-or I-I...
Shinji: Rei...
Shinji then looks up to the room's ceiling hoping that his friends are okay.
Meanwhile, in space.
Leliel was teleporting from planet to planet with EVA-09 and EVA-10 in her realm. The twin EVAs also had their pilots stuck with them. The Twins were trying to see what's the escape plan.
EVA-09: Alright you two, what's the plan?
(Y/n): Plan? What plan?
EVA-09: The escape plan, ya meatsack
(Y/n): Oh there is no plan.
EVA-09: What?! But why?
(Y/n): Because we're moving too fast for Firefly and Pandora to focus on our light to teleport to us.
EVA-09: Mmm... I got an idea! Hey Leliel or whatever! How much longer?!
Leliel: I literally just left the milky way, just sit tight for about an earth day.
EVA-09/EVA-10: BOO!!
Leliel: Well, it's not my fault you two got sent too far away!
EVA-09: No, but its your fault that we got taken away in the first place! Who the hell even sent you?! Was it that bitch boy Adam?!
Leliel: Bite your tongue! The seeds of life are our creators and the whole reason that you and I even exist.
EVA-09: You still didn't answer the question.
