This one is set in the Justice League Dark Apokolips War setting. Before the mission to Apokolips and after Raven revives Damian.

She couldn't keep her eyes off him. She knew why. She couldn't tell him. No matter what; he's the only person who could stop her from doing it. If Trigon gets free it has to happen. She has to die.

Raven had a conversation with Constantine while Damian and Lex put in the coordinates for Apokolips. She asked him to kill her if Trigon gets control of her. Apparently he still had a dagger capable of getting the job done.

She just hoped it wouldn't come to that. She had to protect Damian. If he dies it would destroy Raven emotionally and Trigon would be free. It wasn't fair, she and Damian had just confessed their feelings for each other the day before. Now this whole mission was going to threaten all of that.

"Ready?" Damian asked her. She didn't realise that she was still looking at the platform. This was no time to space out. Although they still had a few minutes to leave. Everyone was terrified of what could happen and they clearly wanted to process everything.

"Damian, can we talk?" Raven said whilst looking at the floor. She couldn't look him in the eyes, not yet.

"Sure, what is it?" Damian always seemed polite to her. She couldn't handle thinking about all of this but she needed to just say something to him. They might not come back from this mission.

"Please don't die. Don't you dare die." Raven said. She finally looked up at him and could feel the tears ready to pour out. She had to use all her strength just to stop them from doing so.

"Raven?" Damian placed his hands on her arms. His expression quickly turned to worry and concern.

"Please don't die! I-I can't lose you. Not after everything that's happened, not after being back with you." Raven couldn't help it anymore, the tears came out and she found herself wrapped in Damian's arms. He was warm, he always had been, why did their lives have to be like this?

"Raven, I have no intention of dying. I wouldn't forgive myself if I left you. I just confessed to you too, I'm not gonna take any chances and I'm gonna protect you no matter what." Damian explained. He had a small smile on his face that Raven managed to see after pulling away slightly. She returned the smile and leaned her head against his.

"Me too, I'll protect you, with everything I've got. I won't let anything happen to you." Raven said, her smile growing wider. This gave her confidence to keep Trigon away and not let herself die. She had to be there with him, she'd rather be with him than anywhere else.

...

Dead. He was dead. She failed. Darkseid killed him with his Omega Beams. Trigon was free. Constantine let him out to fight Darkseid.

She needed to go to him. Raven picked herself up from the floor and made her way to Damian's charred and burned body. She cradled him in her arms before telling him that she loves him. She began to cry and hugged him. He was still warm but it wasn't his normal warmth.

She had to heal him, she had to try. Raven was free from Trigon's constant torture. She had to do it for him, she had to.

"I told you not to leave me! Not to die! You said you'd never forgive yourself! Come on... please come back, Damian!!!" Raven cried. She noticed a purple glow begin to engulf him. A white raven appeared and she was back to herself. Her outfit was now white and her skin had gained its colour back.

The most important thing to her was that Damian was back. All she said was that she had to take the chance on him. She had to try for him, before she engulfed him in her arms and began crying again.

Damian put his hand on her back and sat up to hold her. He definitely needed to apologise. He put her in front of him and took her hood down to see her pitch black hair. Same as his. He made her look at him before talking.

"I'm sorry, Raven. I'm honestly so sorry. I wanted to save my father and I broke my promise in the process. I never wanted to leave you and I truly am sorry."

"Damian, I'm sorry too. I asked Constantine to kill me when and if Trigon got control and it almost happened, but he released him to fight Darkseid. I'm sorry that I planned to do that." Raven confessed and apologised. Damian smiled at her before embracing her once again. Raven melted in his arms, he had his warmth back and she smiled.

"I love you, Damian. I really do." Raven said, still recovering from her crying. Damian put his head to hers.

"I love you too, Raven."

...

Another flashpoint. Everything would change. They might not meet, they might not... no. They had to have faith. Raven sat there on a rock with Damian as they saw Flash running off and a bright white light coming to embrace them.

They had faith, they would reunite. They would fall in love again. They could live in a better world, a safer world. As they sat there they promised to find each other again before they shared their first and final kiss.

...

"Dami, we'll be late!"

"Coming, Raven!"

It had been 3 weeks since they found each other again. Somehow they managed to retain their memories of each other and they had managed to start again in this new world.

Everyone was still alive and Darkseid had been defeated before he even set foot on Earth. Damian and Raven remembered everything and they rekindled their love for each other. They were reliving the 2 years they spent apart together and they couldn't be happier.

They actually used Trigon on Darkseid so Raven was still free from him.

They made plans to go out and meet anyone else who remembered what happened. They were leaving from their shared room and really loved making up for the time they lost together.

"Took you long enough."

"My apologies I was picking something nice."

"Yeah I see that. The shoes are nice."

"Alright come on we're already late."

"Wait!"

"What?"

Raven looked at him and quickly gave him a passionate kiss with him returning the favour.

"I love you, Damian."

"I love you, Raven."

God it's late. I don't meant to go on for so long either 😂
