I will save you

Unbelievably, Deathstroke had returned. Why wouldn't he stay dead? Why did he always come back so strong? Why did he have to try and take something from him again?

These questions all wandered freely through Damian's head. They would not be answered anytime soon, not if he didn't do something about it. He had already wasted enough time looking for Slade. He couldn't believe he had taken her. He had taken Raven.

Deathstroke had ambushed the Titans after they received a call to action which was planned by Slade to draw them out. It was a short fight and Slade had proven to be too much for the Titans.

Worst of all, he had captured Raven. Damian tried his best to help her. To save her. He promised he wouldn't let anything happen to her. They had confessed their feelings for each other only 3 weeks prior to those events.

Damian hated seeing that happen. His worst enemy had taken the only person in his life he loved.

Robin's phone seemed to be vibrating as he scanned the city from the rooftop he was on. It was Slade and he was on video call. Damian answered it without hesitation and let his anger come first in the conversation.

"Where is she you son-of-a-bitch?! Tell me!" Damian exclaimed.

"Whoa whoa, calm down brat. You want her? Here she is?" Deathstroke turned the camera to behind him where Raven was restrained to the floor with chains. She was on her knees and gagged. All she did was glare at Slade before she noticed Damian on the screen.

"Raven! Don't worry I'm coming to you. I will save you." Damian promised. Raven just looked with her eyes beginning to swell up with tears.

"How adorable. Alright then I'll let you try. I'm sending you the location we're at now. Don't disappoint me, kid. Otherwise I'll se how she takes torture." Damian was seething with rage and immediately made his way over to the location.

It was an underground railroad and Damian quickly saw Raven tied up to the track. He ran over to her and was almost there until Slade appeared and knocked Damian into the wall.

"Damian!" Raven tried to say. She was still gagged however and the power dampener on her neck was preventing her from helping at all.

"10 minutes brat, that's all you get. Don't save her by then and she'll be run over by a train and killed." Damian charged forward with murderous intent. Deathstroke was stronger now though and it showed.

Fortunately Damian was not holding back and was fighting to kill. After 8 minutes he finally impaled Slade and cut Raven free. She immediately embraced him and he ran away with her while leaving Slade on the tracks.

"I'm so glad you're ok."

"I'm glad you're ok. I can't believe that bastard wanted to do that to you."

"I'm fine, Damian. I know you'd save every time." Raven said cupping his cheeks. She pulled him into a kiss and Damian spoke up.

" I will No matter what, I will save you. I love you." He said as he desperately hugged her.

She felt the same and realised it was pretty obvious he loved her and she could now say she loved him back.

"I love you too."

Sorry this was not the best quality but I'm honestly half asleep and I got too far in to get stop. May redo or release a better version but we'll see.
