Raven hadn't intended to be on her mission with John Constantine and Zattanna for so long. But, after one week she finally returned to the tower. All she wanted to do was rest and read with a nice cup of tea. She would half expect Damian to come and please her in a way a boyfriend does to their girlfriend. The dating life for them had been short so far but it was fast in terms of progression.

Upon coming to her room, she noticed Dick and Kori standing just outside Damian's room. It didn't seem like he was being scolded for doing anything wrong; she would've heard him retaliate with all his fury. Instead, the couple's expressions were both... sad, considerate.

Raven went into slight panic mode and quickly made her way down the hall to Damian's room. It was technically next to her's but their rooms are big.

"What's going on? Is Damian alright?" Raven asked as she approached the two.

They both turned to her and looked as if they were trying to work out what to say. Eventually they just decided to be blunt.

"Damian appears to have lost his memories." Kori said with a look of regret.

Raven's eyes widened in shock. Lost his memories? She couldn't believe that. He didn't remember his father? His brother? Her? All those questions ran wild in her head.

She went to peak in his room but was quickly stopped by Dick. Who placed a hand on her shoulder and looked at her sincerely.

"It's probably not best you go in there." Dick painfully admitted.

"Why? He's my boyfriend, I want to know if he's alright." Raven protested.

"I know but..." Dick took a deep sigh. "He's not himself. Until Cyborg reverses this-"

"Cyborg is reversing it?!" Raven asked desperately, happily.

"Yes but it will take time. Three days ok? You can't see him for three days. He can't be more confused than he already is." Dick explained.

Raven understand what he was saying. Was she listening? No. Did she care? No. So she just teleported Dick and Kori to a restaurant so they could be swayed away from stopping her from seeing him.

Raven carefully came into Damian's room. She found him sitting with his head down in his hands and looking very upset. She had never seen him like this. It was actually quite nice to see a different side of him.

As she approached he raised his head and looked at her with wide eyes. Raven stopped and waited for someone to say something.

"I know you... don't I?" Damian asked rather politely.

Raven was shocked yet again. He was being polite. No memories means no tragic past and assassin training.

"Uh... yes. Yes you do." Raven replied. She was trying to be as normal as she could. It pained her to see the man she loves not remember her. She hasn't even told him she loves him yet and she really wanted to.

"We're friends?" Damian asked.

"Close."

"Best friends?"

"Closer."

"Please god not another sibling. I hear I have some annoying siblings."

Raven couldn't help but laugh at that. It was actually a joke and not sarcasm. Maybe he could keep some of these traits after Cyborg fixes him? She hoped. Then again she was always happy with how Damian was regardless.

"No. Not siblings... we're dating, I'm your girlfriend." Raven confessed.

She saw how wide his eyes got. Was she supposed to say that? It didn't matter now; he knows. Although it was quite a relief to get that back in his head.

"Wow." She heard him say. Was that good? She honestly didn't know.

"What?"

"Nothing. It's just. I must be really lucky."

"What do you mean?" Raven asked, confused.

"Well, you're my girlfriend. That's crazy. You look so beautiful and I can tell you're very kind. I can't say I didn't feel something when I first saw you either." Damian admitted.

"I- well... thank you. That means a lot to me." Raven said.

She didn't even notice that she had sat down next to him and they were holding hands. She also didn't react to how close their faces were. Wait. They were kissing. She had gotten so used to it that she lost her memories of him losing his memories for a while.

What she opened her eyes to was a stoic and serious Damian. She recognised that face. His memories are back? She thought. How? Was it really the kiss? Did she use her powers?

"We'll what do you know? Power of love restores memories." Damian said in his usual tone with a smirk.

Raven was overwhelmed with joy and wrapped her arms around him in a hug that was almost strangling him.

"Idiot. I wanna say it first."

"Say what?"

"I love you." Raven said before kissing a dumbfounded Damian. He kissed her back.

"I love you too."

Raven smiled at him and pushed him on his back before mounting him. She took his hands in hers and leaned down to embrace him once again.

"Welcome back."

"Welcome back. Don't you forget anything again. If you do I'll make sure your head is full of me."

"Already is."

"Cliché as usual, Dami."
