Loki and Thor had just returned from sparing each other when Thor's phone made a rather loud chime.
"Brother, I do believe you have received a message on your midgardian cellular device." Loki pointed out to Thor who had gone into the kitchen for water bottles.
"Could you grab it and see who it is please, brother. I can never seem to pull them up properly. I do believe my fingers are too big for the tiny screen" Thor laughed out loud.

"Yes, I shall retrieve it for you, although by now you should have gotten used to it. I would have to agree with you though, as you do have the thick fingers of an ogre" Loki laughed in jest with his brother.

As Loki picked up the phone and swiped his finger up to unlock Thor's phone, shaking his head at the fact the oaf didn't even bother to lock his phone, he went completely still.
There at the top of the screen was your name. A name he had longed to see appear on his own device these past three days. He didn't want to invade you and Thor's privacy but he desperately wanted to see that you were at least ok.
"You have received a text message brother, from Y/N'' Loki quietly said. Thor quickly hurried over to Loki and took hold of his phone.
"I'm sure everything is fine brother, maybe she is trying to see to your welfare without wanting to alarm you?" Thor said, trying to assure Loki that it was as simple as that.
