"Ok so, like I guess my first question would be should we discuss what led up to the "incident" or just completely move forward?" you ask him as you twist your fingers together.

" Well I believe we both said what we needed to say yesterday, darling. We should never have let things get so down between us. We should've been trying harder, no matter how busy and tiring our days were getting, we should have put more effort into our relationship. I should never have let myself get so wrapped up in my own feelings and thoughts without discussing them with you, and instead going and making such a horrible mistake. I will never forgive myself for it, love. I know you have forgiven me, but I can not forgive myself. I will spend all of my days working to be worthy of you and your forgiveness." Loki nods at you, as he says his peace.

" Yes, I think so too. I'm sorry for my part in it, that I let myself become so wrapped up in my new position at work that I was giving my all to it instead of you, and for that I'm deeply sorry Loki. I don't want this to forever haunt us, I truly do want to let it go and move on." you push back the tears that threaten to build and spill their way once more down your cheeks. Loki can feel your pain in his chest brewing. He pinches your pinky toe, and gives you a sly grin.

"Ah ah darling, no sadness. No more pain, love." Loki lets his love for you swell inside him, so it reflects into you. You grin as you feel a warmth spread from the center of your chest outward. You let a smile fully grace your face as you look at your lover.

"Okay, okay, you're right. Be that as it may, I mean that. Now I promise to do my best to never let my work take precedence over you. I'm going to cut back my hours, and hire an assistant to help handle and weed out manuscripts, that way I don't waste time on ones going nowhere." you tell Loki your new plans.

"Hmm...are you sure the publishing house will agree to all of that? Besides, I don't want you having to make all the sacrifices my dear. I shall have a talk with Tony about letting me have more down time between missions, as I have you and need to give you more of myself and my time as well." Loki gently lifts your foot to his lips and places a light kiss upon it.

"Now, as to something else we did um...rather quickly....the matter of...umm..." you stutter as you try to talk about the impending prospect of the possibility of being pregnant.

"Actually darling there is one thing, I have been meaning to discuss with you for quite some time, and have put it off quite long enough." Loki looks at you, as he moves your feet from his lap. You can feel his nervousness through the bond. You look at him curiously as he moves closer beside you perched on the edge of the cushions next to your waist.

"Wait just a moment, close your eyes please." Loki looks pleadingly at you. You can still feel his utter nerves radiating through the bond, getting a little worried yourself over just what he was going to ask. Was he going back to Asgard? Did he need to move back into the tower? You didn't like where this was going at all.

"Relax, pet, I can feel you" Loki softly whispers to you. While he tests seeing if you're peeking and being assured you are not, he waves his hands over the living room. A green fog covers the room, as it transforms. The room is now covered in dozens and dozens of candles, the fireplace now has a warm soft fire going as well. He has also covered the room in roses of all colors and petals on the floor. In front of your fireplace which he has also seemed to have enlarged, is a soft fur blanket and two glasses of wine. Loki grins as he is pretty happy with his turn out.

"Ok, darling, open them" Loki whispers close to your face, as he places a quick kiss to your cheek. You open your eyes, and are taken back by the sudden change in scenery. You see so many sets of candles, hoping you don't set off the fire alarms, and your living room has become a green house of assorted roses, grinning to yourself as he knows you love the classic buds. You gasp slightly in disbelief at the size of your now enlarged fireplace, and the set up he made before it.
