Hey everyone! So, on Friday I got a travel carrier for my hamster. For walks car rides but not to live in if we're actually traveling. I took him outside for the first time and gave him a carrot.
Enjoy!

He jerked awake to find himself on a roof facing up at the stars. The stars were blurred, and the sky wasn't dark like night. He sat up and rubbed his eyes but as he looked around, he saw he was high up. Was he on the tower's roof?
He walked to the edge and looked down, but the ground wasn't visible. There were colored clouds. He could only see other buildings, but they looked destroyed.
Where was he?
He was about to climb down but he saw a door that led into the building. He went to the stairs as there was no elevator. He leaned over the railing and saw an infinite number of stairs.
He shook his head as he went down the steps. He just couldn't see the bottom yet.
He started jumping stairwells but when he looked down, he still couldn't see the bottom. You'd think after 30 stairwells there'd be something. He'd been counting and he kept going as he wasn't getting tired
He was at 34 when he studied the doors exiting to the floors. He looked at the number and went down one stairwell and the door number was the same. He went down another. The same door. Then another. Surprise, the same door.
He pushed through the door to find the main area of the Avenger's tower. So, he was on the Avenger's tower. He ignored the repeating door number and sat on the couch. He just now noticed; he couldn't hear anything. He got up to look out the window only to see the same colored clouds.
He was about to lean on the window but jerked back as his hand went through it. The window rippled like water. Instead of doing any logical experimenting with this he stuck his hand in. Then his wrist, and then all the way up to his elbow.
He stuck his head in and then something pulled him through. He panicked as he fell but then he hit concrete.
Ow he said but he didn't hear anything come out of his mouth. As if he just said it in his mind. Weird but ok. He stood up and found himself in a parking garage. He looked around but the place was empty. Silent and empty.
He didn't get far before dark green mist started circling him. Now this had his mind screaming at him to run but he didn't. He couldn't.
The mist eventually made a tornado shape around him then it was black. He couldn't see anything. But then a figure emerged from the darkness. The figure was blurred, did he need glasses again? He made no move towards or away from the figure.
He tried focusing on the face and his mind made a connection. it looked like Tony, so he called out to the figure.
The figure only held out its hand as if expecting him to give it something. He held his hands to show he had nothing but there was something. His vision worsened as he tried to look at it. it felt metal and thin.
He gave the figure the object and the second he did the darkness disappeared. The darkness was replaced with the sun blinding him for a second.
As he opened his eyes again, he saw he was on tracks. he felt the ground shaking and when he turned-
He jerked awake once again and he was the main area. Everyone asleep on the couches. But he was on the floor. There was a blanket on him and pillow to the side. He sat there recalling what in the world happened in this dream.
Colored clouds, Stairwell loop. Liquid window, and some guy wanting something.
As he sat there, he wondered why you don't see all the illogical and plain simple crazy things in your dreams. Why does it not faze you in your dreams? He walked through a liquid window.
He laughed a little but stopped himself as he remembered it was late at night.
He left the main area and went to the roof. The sky brighter than night but the sun hasn't come up yet. He looked around at the city and the streets below. In his dream the roof didn't look anything like the tower's roof. He's been on every roof in Queens, and none looked like the one in his dream.
The more details he recalled from his dream just kept confusing him. Who was the mist dude? What was in his hand and why did the dude want it? He zoned out while looking at the rising sun.
"Friday told us you were up here" Steve's voice broke his long line of thought.
"Oh, hey. I woke up and wanted some air." He explained while he watched the water shimmer.
"We kinda panicked when we saw you were gone." Bucky admitted while also taking in the view of the city.
"You don't have to worry about me, I am Spider-Man." He reminded them.
"We care for your wellbeing Pete. Being strong doesn't mean you're invincible." Steve said putting a hand on his shoulder.
"I'm pretty durable. Not even a building took me out." He joked. Joking about stressful events was one way he could feel better about them.
"What?" Bucky asked.
"You know... swinging into buildings.. like when I texted the group chat about that satellite dish."
"Oh shit yeah, you landed on it." Bucky said wide eyed.
"Langauge" Steve whispered while nudging Bucky.
He looked back at the city.
"Boss suggest you get to the kitchen before Harley sets a fire." Friday's voice came through some speakers.
"We better go" Steve said then left.
"Pancakes or waffles?" He asked Bucky as they followed Steve.
"French toast" Bucky answered.
"Grandpa" He laughed as he caught the metal hand about to shoved him.
