Why Can't Anything Be Simple

Peter

A minute or two after the new kid and MJ left he went back and collected the scraps of the bomb. He put them in his bag and booked it out of the school. He could already hear sirens. He snuck out of the school avoiding cameras. He got to an alley and changed into his suit and swung to the tower. 

He had plenty of time to go over his thoughts. It was clearly Harry's bomb but he wasn't there. No one was there to throw the bomb. Should he consult Harry about this? Or maybe Shuri. He'll go to Shuri first since she's at the tower. 

He climbed through the window of the main room. Everyone was looking at him because they still weren't use to him casually crawling into the room through the window. He approached Shuri. 

"Lab, I have something we need to look at" He said. Shuri gave him all her attention the second she heard his uncertain tone and they began heading to the lab. 

When they got to his workbench he dug into his bag and pulled the scraps out careful of the sharp edges. Shuri began accessing the scraps. 

"It's the scraps from one of Goblin's bombs." He began and Shuri jerked her head to look at him. 

"Harry is attacking you again?" She asked. 

"I don't know, I don't think so. I was at school when I heard an explosion and when I checked it out a bomb was flying at me after a flash of light. He wasn't there but it's his bombs." He said a little stressed and hoping this wasn't Harry. 

"Do we still have Norman's glider in storage?" Shuri asked Friday. 

"Yes but you'll need Boss' permission to look at it." Friday responded.

"Ugh, not like we're going to take it for a ride. Karen can you convince your girlfriend to let us just look at it a little." Shuri asked a little impatient.

"Girlfriend??" Peter asked confused. 

Virtual World

"They just need to look at it" Karen said in a light tone. 

"They'll still need permission. It's a dangerous weapon and it still can potentially kill someone" Friday said standing her ground. 

"What if Dum-E supervised them?" Karen asked

"Dum-E would be the reason it would go haywire!" Friday said exasperated.

"It was worth a try" Karen laughed. 

"What if we just used the suits? and we'll be the ones to be around it while Peter and Shuri are at the safe distance?" Karen asked. That had Friday thinking. 

"That is reasonable" Friday said. 

"Boom" Karen said clapping and going to speak with Peter.

Real World (totally not fictional world)

"Done, but we'll be the ones interacting with the glider, using the suits. You just instruct us what to look for." Karen explained. 

Two cases holding suits opened and they walked out.

"Let's do this quickly" Friday's voice rang out of one suit. 

The duo were lead to a room and they were told to stay in the door way. Then the lights activated and the glider was in a holding case. 

"What do you need to look at?" Karen asked.
