Lots of good titles last chapter but I didn't want it to include Spider-Man. They think he JUST got turned into a mutant by Norman so they don't thinkabout Spider-Man. And I'm back from Minnesota it takesawhile to get back to my usual schedule. ------------------------------------------------------
He woke up with his soreness gone but realised he was still in the Avengers tower. He sighed as he got out of the comfortable bed. But as he got up he heard voices, from the kitchen.
He walked out of the room and walked closer to the voices. "So what does that mean?" He heard Clint's voice "P-peter....is a mutant" he eventually heard Tony say and he heard gasps and he could feel the blood drain from his face.
Shit, shit, they know! Oh fuck they know! Oh god what does he do now!?
As he was having somewhat a break down silently in the hall he heard commotion in the kitchen. "What Did Norman do to him over night!?" He heard Steve say and that got his attention.
What?
"Norman changed his DNA, but we don't know if Peter can handle it. We don't know if he'll die because of it." He heard Tony say. At that he begun thinking.
Do they think Norman changed his DNA when he kidnapped him? They discovered he's a mutate but they didn't discover how long he's been a mutate. What if Shuri told them?
Maybe he should walk in there?
So that's what he did.
But he needed to sneak back and open his door loud to alert them and make them think he heard nothing.
He loudly opened and closed the door, but didn't slam it because that would be rude to slam other people's door in their own home, and slowly walked down the hall.
After he shut the door he heard them rustling around most likely trying to look like they weren't talking about a huge change in his life. He walked in the door way to see everyone spread across the penthouse doing their own things. Well pretending to do their own things.
He noticed the quick glances he got as he walked up to the counter. "How's your ribs bud?" Tony asked cautiously. "Better, they aren't sore anymore." He said as he poured himself a bowl of cereal. As he started eating Tony moved to the chair across from him. "Uh, have you noticed anything different?" Tony asked. "And what do you mean different?" He asked. "Like feeling different than normal." Tony asked with worried eyes.
"Well surprised I can walk around after running across half of New York with broken ribs. So I guess I'm going good. Great even for being kidnapped by the goblin." He said as he went back to his food.
"When you're finished eating I would like to go down to the training rooms." Tony said and he nodded. When he finished he put the bowl in the sink and walked with Tony and the others to the training rooms.
