He woke up with with aching in all his muscles. The cuts on his back were healing but sore. He slowly stood up and looked out the window to see it was still night. If it was morning the cuts wouldn't be sore and his muscles wouldn't ache.
He limped to down the hall to the main area. But stopped at the corner when he heard Norman's singing. Chills ran up his back reminding him of the soreness in his back.
"Spider" Nat said. Oh no, there's no point in hiding it after this. All evidence obviously points that he's Spider-Man. "N-no, Peter can't be Spider-Man" Tony said and he heard the pain in Tony's voice as Tony realized all the things they did to him. How they hunted and hurt him. He hung his head. And now Tony is blaming himself he can practically feel the guilt in the air.
"I would like to inform you that Spider-Man has been spotted not less than 10 minutes ago stopping a mugging." Friday cut in.
He stared at the floor in... shock? Confusion, fear. If someone is out there and impersonating them they could undo everything he's done to show he isn't dangerous. And then the Avengers will hunt him again!
He rushed back to his room and pulled out the laptop that Tony got him from his desk. He quickly searched for the recent robbery and security footage had shown indeed a look a like. But instead of his suit it was black with red lines.
He almost laughed at how his suit design looked good with other colors. He then searched for any deaths but thankfully this spidey imposter also seems to have the same no kill rule. He did a little more researching he found out they had just started today so there wasn't much to find.
He looked back to the footage and saw a couple things. This "Spider-Man" seems to have stickiness like him so maybe they have the same powers.
He saw that they had replicated his web shooters but they weren't nearly as good. Probably no web combinations and the webbing wasn't as sticky so some tugging and struggling and a thug could free themselves.
