"Good morning baby boy" Derek whispers. His head is softly laying on Meredith's chest, his face facing her belly. Meredith is still asleep and soft snores escape her mouth. Derek listens to her heartbeat while looking at her perfect baby bump. "Did you have a good sleep? I know I did. I'm sorry if we interrupted you in any way last night. Mommy and I got a little...rough...You see mommies hormones have been all over the place lately and it's making her very horny. Which makes me very horny...anyway I'm sorry in advance. God I can't wait for you to finally be here...in my arms...looking at me and you squeezing my finger...I know your mommy can't wait either. You have been very good to her so far, no throwing up or anything. Thank you for that. I love you, so much." Derek presses a kiss to Meredith's stomach.

"And we love you too, so much" Meredith smiles. She reaches down and strokes her hand through his hair.

"Good morning beautiful. I didn't wake you up, did I?" He turns his head and is now facing her, his head still resting on her chest.

"You kind of did but I don't mind. It's cute, you talking to little bean like that." She leans down and kisses the top of his head. "You can wake me up like that every day. It's a great way to wake up."

"I bet it is. I love talking to our little baby boy. It's calming"

"I'm glad. I know things have been a little stressful for you lately. Work, coaching, the baby, my crazy hormones..."

"I love your crazy hormones. It means we get to have sex all the time" He smirks.

"Derek Christopher Shepherd! You are such a dirty, dirty man" She grins.

Derek laughs and gets out of bed. "I'm making us some breakfast. What are you craving?"

"I would kill for a taco with extra cheese right now." She says dead serious.

"A taco? Mer it's 9am!"

"Yes, please. With extra cheese!" She exclaims

"But...it's 9 am! Don't you think it's a little early for a taco?"

"With extra cheese! And no, I've been craving it sinds last night and don't you dare argue with a pregnant woman!" She smiles mischievously.

"Alright fine, I'll be back soon." He sighs and rolls his eyes. "You never argue with a pregnant woman" He mutters while leaving the bedroom.

"I heard that! And don't forget the extra cheese!" Meredith yells before getting out of bed herself and heading to the bedroom to take a shower.

She strips out of her night gown and steps under the hot, steaming water coming from the ceiling. She closes her eyes and leans her head back. Her hands rest on her rounded belly. She completely relaxes and lets the water hit her face. She lets out a deep sigh and grabs her soap. She squeezes some of her lavender soap onto her hand and lathers her body with it. She hits every inch of her body carefully before moving to her hair. She washes her hair and rinses all the soap off. Just when the soap is all rinsed off she can hear the front door open and close. Her eyes light up. Derek is here, with her taco!

She quickly jumps out of the shower and wraps a towel around her waist and another around her hair. She quickly heads downstairs and walks to the kitchen. "Hey handsome" She smiles as soon as she sees him, holding a paper TacoBell bag in his hands.

"Good morning. I brought you your...taco" He says while turning around to face her. His eyes land on her perfect body covered in only a towel. His mouth falls open and he stares at her wet skin.

"What's wrong?" She asks confused, not aware of the effect her presens has on him.

"Nothing baby, nothing. You look absolutely stunning. So perfect." He gasps. He walks up to her and takes her in his arms. He loads her face with kisses while moving his hand up and down her back, running shivers up her spine.

"Alright, alright." She chuckles and pushes his off of her. "Time for taco's!" She runs to the brown paper bag placed on the kitchen counter and empties it. "Ugh...a salad? Why'd you order a salad?" She asks with disgust.

"It's for me. You know I'm not big on fastfood, especially at 9 am" He laughs. "So I ordered a salad"

"You really are a healthy nut" She laughs

"Yes, but I'm a cute healthy nut, aren't I?"

"Yes, very cute. And all mine" She smiles and kisses him softly and tenderly. "Okey let's eat. Little bean is getting hungry"

*That evening*

"Alright Mer have a nice evening!" Derek yells as he steps out the front door. He's meeting with Mark to go out for some drinks and Lexie is coming over to spend the evening with Meredith. Derek steps out and meets with Mark while Lexie gives Mark a final kiss and enters the house.

"Hey Mer! Wow you look amazing! Pregnancy really suits you" She smiles widely and takes Meredith in her arms. They exchange a long hug and when they finally pull away Lexie takes a better look at her pregnant belly. "I can't wait to finally meet my nephew. I'm so excited!"

"We're very excited too. It's only 3 months away. I can't believe time went by so fast. It feels like only yesterday I stormed into your house and had a complete nervous breakdown." Meredith laughs and Lexie joins.

"It really does. I am still so thankful I was part of such a precious moment." She laughs.

They walk to the living room and they take place on the couch. Meredith sets some tea for the both of them and brings it over to the coffee table. She places a tin of cookies next to the cups and stuffs her mouth with them. Lexie looks at her in disbelief and chuckles.

"What?! This baby is making me very, very hungry lately!" Meredith exclaims with a full mouth.

"It's fine, I get it. It must be exhausting taking care of another human being."

"You have no idea" Meredith laughs.

"Well actually...I kind of do..."

"What?!" Meredith looks at her with big eyes. "What did you just say?! Lex... are you..."

"Yes! I am...pregnant.." She smiles

"God Lexie that's amazing! I am so extremely happy for you!" She hugs Lexie tight. "Congratulations!"

"Thank you. It wasn't really planned but I am happy."

"That's great Lex. Have you told Mark yet?"

"Yes I have. He is so excited. He can't wait to be a dad. I'm sure he is going to be a great dad."

"I know it. He is going to be a great dad. You guysss!!!" Meredith's eyes fill with tears as she lakes another look at Lexie.

"Don't cry! If you cry...I cry!" Lexie's tears start to fall.

"I'm sorry, I can't help it. My hormones have been crazy" Meredith cries.

The sisters keep letting out happy tears. They can't believe they are both pregnant. It's amazing. The babies are going to grow up with a cousin close in age. They are definitely going to be best friends. It's amazing...
