"Hello, what's your name?" I heard as I looked up surprised.

I looked up from my seat at a boy who was smiling at me, his brown eyes sparking.

"Hi, I'm Y/N, what about you?" I asked, being polite to the boy in front of me. I don't usually have handsome boys talking to me in such a friendly way.

"I'm Liam, it's nice to meet you. I was wondering if I could sit with you?" He asked, nervously.

"Sure," I smiled, moving my stuff over so he could sit down.

"Thank you," he smiled, gratefully as he sat down next to me.

"I'm new here," he told me as I nodded.

"I didn't think I'd seen you around here before." I told him.

"Well I haven't had the best welcome already," he sighed as I looked over to see the rest of the class whispering and talking, while looking at him. Rude.

"Have you spoken to anyone else in our class yet?" I asked him as he shook his head.

"No I haven't, but I've been glared at already and it looks like they're all talking about me." He explained.

"It's probably just because your new," I said and he nodded.

"I know." He said, although he still looked quite upset.

"Hey, who are you?" One of the more popular boys asked, walking over to Liam and I.

"I'm Liam, I'm new here," he told him and I have to admit, the politeness of this boy was attractive.

"New? Since when?" The boy scoffed, trying to be cool in front of his friends.

"Since today." Liam said, like it was quite obvious, causing a few people to laugh.

"You think your all it don't you? Well mr new boy, your not." The boy spat, causing Liam to look up at him properly. He looked quite angry.

"What and you are all it?" Liam asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Do you want to fight me over it?" The boy challenged.

He was one of those people that started fights over small things to make themselves look cooler in front of my friends.

"well that depends, do you go to the gym?" Liam asked him, causing everyone to look at Liam confused.

"What?" The boy asked, looking quite confused at Liam's question.

"It's a simple question. Do you go to the gym?" Liam asked again, this time the boy scoffed.

"Course I do," he said nervously.

"Alright then," Liam answered, taking off the hoodie he had been wearing to reveal his toned muscles.

Some of the girls gasped, the boys looking impressed. My eyes widened, he seemed so nice at first, so innocent. I never knew he was hiding this.

His biceps were muscly and you could even see his six pack through his T-shirt. He'd clearly been working out at the gym.

"Muscles aren't everything," the boy said, unconvincingly.

"Okay, let's go outside shall we," Liam began, standing up.

"Fine, you win!" The boy said, flaring his arms in the air as he went back to sitting with his friends as the boys booed at him.

"Works every time." Liam said quietly as he winked at me.

I smiled. This boy is certainly something special.
