One Direction Imagines and Preferences 2

I've got you - Liam Imagine.

"I'll go get us some blankets." Liam smiled, as we set up for our movie marathon.

Liam went off towards the bedroom to get some blankets as I placed the first film into the DVD player and took my place on the sofa when the lights suddenly cut out.

"L-Liam!" I called, shakily. I wasn't really usually too afraid of the dark, but this time it was thundering outside which made it more scary. It was different when Liam was with me but now I just felt lonely. Especially when I didn't get a reply from Liam.

"Liam!" I shouted louder.

"I'm coming!" He called and I breathed a sigh of relief.

Suddenly, a bang could be heard as it thundered outside.

"Ahh!" I screamed, bringing my knees up to my chest as I heard Liam stumbling around, trying to get to me quicker.

It was silent for a few seconds before I heard an audible "ow." From Liam.

"Li, are you there?" I asked, nervously.

It was quiet again before I was suddenly hit by something soft.

I screamed, wondering what just hit me and where Liam was.

"Shh, Shh, it's okay, it's me, I'm sorry, I accidentally dropped one of our pillows that I brought from our bedroom." Liam's soothing voice said as I calmed myself down.

"It's okay," I breathed.

"Are you okay baby?" Liam cooed as I felt his hand gently pat my thighs, trying to sit on the sofa without accidentally sitting on me.

"I am now." I said as I felt myself dip as Liam had placed himself extremely close to me, he was almost sat on top of me.

"Come here, I'll protect you." He said, wrapping his arms around me as I snuggled into him.

Another bang was heard as it thundered outside and I screamed again, feeling Liam tense beside me.

"It's okay," Liam soothed, running his hands through my hair in an attempt to calm me down.

"I've got you." He said, kissing my forehead.

"Liam?"

"Yes baby?" He said, moving some stray strands of hair out of my face as we could just make out where the other was in the dark.

"Are you scared too? Because I felt you tense up." I asked, softly.

"Yes, a bit...well actually..." He trailed off.

He sighed. "I'm absolutely terrified." He admitted, laughing nervously.

"Me too." I said, cuddling closer to him and placing my head into the crook of his neck as he placed his on top of my head.

"I've got you, even though I'm scared, I've got you." He mumbled, kissing my forehead again.

"I love you." I laughed at his cuteness.

"I love you too." He breathed as the lights came back on.

"The powers back." I smiled as I realised just how close Liam actually was.

"Liam, your almost sat on top of me." I laughed.

"I know, I was just so scared and all I wanted was to cuddle you." He pouted and I smiled.

"Well at least we have each other."

"Yes we do and I'm so glad we do." He smiled, his arms still wrapped around me as he placed a gentle kiss on my lips before placing his head in the crook of my neck.

"Are we going to watch a movie now?" I asked.

"Maybe in a bit, for now I just want to cuddle." Liam murmured as he cuddled closer to me.

"Okay." I smiled, laughing.

"I know you know I'm too scared to get up right now, but so are you." Liam laughed looking at me cheekily.

"I know." I smiled as he kissed me again.

"Mmm, I'd much rather do this." He mumbled against my lips, continuing to kiss me.

"So would I." I smiled.

Got to love this boy.
