Moon/Suns perspective

This chapter will be out of third perspective. It's mainly Sunny and Moon confronting their problems with each other. The story continues in the morning at 5am.

Moon still laid back, not shutting down at all. He enjoys the presence of someone next to him after such a long time and he didn't care who it was, as long as it was someone who isn't made of metal. Humans are so fragile and could break down easily with words and action, but Moon found a difference in Y/N. They weren't like the others he knew before. There is no way in this forsaken Pizzaplex that he would trust a stranger as easily as them. There must be something special on them, that Moon wants to find out. Even though that curiosity led him to this virus, he was sure that this human wouldn't hurt him intentionally. That's the only thing he knows and trusts about.

Their body overheats whenever this particular daycare attendant smiles or is near them. Maybe they do need a check up. Moon made sure to put a reminder on Sunny, what this feeling is called, once he wakes up. He doesn't like it. It doesn't feel correct to be nervous. He was supposed to be the calm one, not the nervous and awkward laughing one. That was already Sunny's job. Moon caress his hand over Y/N cheek and stoped at the band aid. That doesn't look good. But he didn't do it, so who else is trying to kill them? Or was this an accident? Who hurt them? Moons thoughts were circling in his mind, that he didn't noticed that Sunny is waking up.
Moon...? I-is Y/N still there?
Yes they sleep right next to us.

He gave Sunny to let that information sink in, before he tried to cover up his mind from his screams.
OHHHH MY! OH MY! OH MY!!! HOW?!? WHEN?!? WHY???!
Moon wanted to tell him about the chase, but remembered the words of the little human that lies next to him.
After cleaning up your JOB, they got tired and just started sleeping next to me
UUUUUUUUU!!!!! WE HAD A SLEEPOVER AND I SLEPT THROUGHOUT?!? OH NOOOOOHOHO!!!
Sunny don't be so loud!
Moon hold his hands over his nonexistent ears, that wasn't solving anything. His counterpart got way to much energy when he is fully charged.
Are they sleeping peacefully?! They always show up at work VERY tired!
And you don't pretend them from working?

Moon didn't know how to respond correctly. Not only is Y/N a troublemaker for their programming, but they are also someone who doesn't accept a normal sleeping schedule? Now they will be definitely punished. Not by the virus, but by himself. That thought reminded him on the things he wanted to tell Sunny, before they switch back.
...They want to see me tomorrow night again, meaning after midnight.
O-oh...y-You behaved like that all the time?
Most of it.
What do you mean?
The virus got triggered a little, but they didn't got hurt
At least that was Moon was hoping for. He only remembers bits of the chase and from what he remembered, they got away with it.

He didn't knew how Y/N stopped the virus, but it just suddenly ended. His first thought was that he did kill them and only looked for survivors. When Moon didn't found any body's or blood stains, he was sure they would have escaped and asked to get fired. There would be no reasonable solution that they would still work here. All his hopes were already destroyed when the daycare door opened. He only wanted them to accept this last apology gift, but what would a picture solve the conflicts that wind up between them? He was more than happy as just as surprised that they accepted it. Y/N isn't in Moons opinion a bad worker or person, but careless. There were and are so many times were he could just snap their neck. Why are they trusting him so much?
Hey Sunny...do you feel this heating too?
Indeed I do! Miss Rist said it can be active when we feel all giddy and nervous or when a child is sick and needs something to heat against!

So it was just an extra to the upgrades? Moon wished there would be someone to tell him that before his worries start to spread. Yet no one bothered to talk to him, except his new coworker...and Sunny of course. He speaks all the day about Y/N. It was annoying at first, but now Moon knows the reason why exactly he talks so much about them. They are great, helpful and know what to do in some situations. He only saw Y/N two times, but feels already safer than with any Staff members he ever encountered.
We should switch again Moony.
Please give me ten more minutes. I missed being outside.
Of course! How should we wake up Y/N?

Sun and Moon didn't come up with a plan, so Moon tried to move slowly away and lay them on the pillows. Both jumped in their minds when Y/N moved, but luckily they didn't wake up. Moon smiled one last time to the sleeping humankind jumped down with the rope.
Don't just jump! What if we break our legs!
Than we could fix this heating problem.
Why? I think it's funny!
No?! It feels weird.
Aww Moony!
No Sunny.
They walked towards the fifth generator and flipped the switch. The lights went back on and Moon transformed into Sun. His rays were rotating over and over out of pure joy. He can't wait to spend more time with Y/N.

With pure luck, he didn't got tangled up at the rope and arrived safely upstairs. Their coworker was still sleeping in peace, nothing could predict what happens next.
Didn't you want to wake them?
I also want to cuddle! You had time, but we never did that!
Sunny sat back into the pillows and pulled Y/N next to him. Surprisingly, Y/N turned and hugged Sunny with both arms. The animatronics body heated up again, as Sunny screamed in surprise.
You dumb idiot.
MOON!!! WHAT DO I DO?!?
Well, take their arms away.
BUT DON'T YOU AGREE THAT THIS FEELS NICE?!? GAHHH!
Calm down! You're gonna overheat us!

Sunny couldn't calm down. Their friend is hugging them first! He didn't care that his heating system is moving in a danger area, he is just to exited to care. But thanks to the rising heat, Y/N woke up and looked up. They went red and let go off Sunny.
„G-Good morning Sunny. Please recharge next time in advance."
Both of them had an embarrassing quiet time where no one talked. Y/N stretched themselves and looked at Sunny more calm. He however couldn't seem to calm down.
„When did the lights came back on?"
„Uh, Ehm, I-Um..."
„Sunny are you alright? You seem like overheating, should we go to parts and service?"
Y/N hold their hand on Sunny's stomach and quickly took it away.

„You're really hot! Let's go to parts and services immediately!"
They wanted to go outside of the tower, but remembered that it's really high. Sun can get new parts in a night, but Y/N? Broken bones is not something they could deal with easily. Or hide up. So they turn back to Sun, who was calming down slowly.
„Do you need something? Can I help you with anything?"
„N-no Sunshine! Everything is tipedy top!"
Sunshine? Really Sunny?
What? They are an important friend and deserve a nickname! You know, just like the children give to us all the time!
„Are you sure? Did I damage your body somehow?!"
„Oh no! Our heating system is always like that in the morning!"

Sunny laughed awkwardly and fiddled with his wrists. He always does this to calm himself down. It's one of the few things he cares about. With the children, his job, the wristbands and Moon is also now Y/N one of the things that keep his sanity. There is a reason why Moon is the only one affected by the virus. Sunny wouldn't dare to tell the answer to the solving of this mystery, even if he would get scrapped. Alone the thought of this machine filled him with fear and his rays sunk in his head again. Yet, he believes Y/N can know about it, he trusts them with all his mechanic parts.
Moony? Can't we tell them?
Not yet. I don't trust them that much. What if they want to decommission us after hearing the truth?
I'm sure they wouldn't do that! Look how nice and caring and-
Sunny I get it.

Sunny finally got himself together and slid with the rope down, Y/N in his arms. He heats up again, but this time, it isn't as worse as before. It's a normal hug. It's a friendly normal hug. Yet Y/N was going red again. Sunny noticed their reaction and was now the one who was worried.
„Are you the one who is alright?"
„Y-yeah...it's just kinda embarrassing how you both hold me."
„What do you mean?"
Sunny looked wondered at the little human in his arms. Feeling embarrassment by waking up next to watch other is easy to understand, but holding? Sunny couldn't really follow their thoughts. Probably because he never got hold. Alone the image in his head made him snicker a bit.

Y/N took the snicker different and thought Sunny would be laughing at them. They started sulking and let go of the giant of an animatronic. They wanted to say that it isn't funny, till a memory hit them.
„...Sunny? How late is it?"
„It should be half past five!"
„Oh no! Already?! If I don't hurry I'll miss the bus!"
„Oh! Didn't your brother wanted you home at morning?"
Y/N nodded, running to the door.
„We'll see us later Sunny! Tell Moon that I'm gonna get his picture later back!"
Before he could say a word, Y/N was gone and left the two alone in their thoughts.
