With the Domo above Jemen, Middle-East, 2023
After Druig and I had our comfort moment of peace in the other room, we are slowly making our way towards Phastos' lab again.
I have never seen Druig so emotional in a short period of time, as I know him as a sometimes irritating, but yet sentimental individual.
Druig can be annoying sometime, playing with you or your feelings as long as it gives him joy, but he's really willing to do anything if he believes it's right.
He will do anything in his power to bring around peace, even if it's inhumane, as I've seen in Tenochtitlan.
It also explains why he cried over Ajak just now; he really misses her. I miss her too, but unfortunately, I can't bring her back. I guess you'll have to be really strong to bring someone back from the death.
However, I don't know if it will bring me peace of killing Ikaris, as he's the villain in this story, but I guess that's up to Sersi to decide.
And besides, this whole story is already one big mess, because I believe it's neither Ikaris or Tiamut whom is the enemy.
It's the creation of it all, the genesis, that actually caused so much trouble. But I don't know who gave the order to Arishem to create this whole universe and processes that comes with it, and that's even more difficult to explain whenever I think about it to be honest.
But still, where would this life be without the genesis? I guess it's something difficult to change, which is why we have to deal with it.
I need to be ready for this fight, and I am feeling this now more than ever. Do I feel like a leader again in this suit? Actually, maybe a little, but not anymore.
It was especially when I stood in front of Ajak, giving her advice whenever she needed me, or interfering whenever required.
It's my job now to help the Eternals in combat, I believe, just like I watched them from afar and helping them years ago. But this time psychically, which I need to make clear when I'm standing in front of them.
Only that moment is coming faster than I thought, as I entered Phastos' lab, while all of the remaining Eternals are scattered in this room.
However, when they see me and Druig suddenly coming in, standing at the entrance of the lab, they're focused right away somehow.
It made me stare towards them. They're standing in a line with their suits and bracelets on, ready for this upcoming fight, as Druig joins them soon enough, while I keep my position. I wanted to join him, but I guess I just need a minute to get myself ready, which is understandable in my case.
They all have different gazes when they're staring at me, but I do recognize something proud in their faces, probably amazed by me, right? However, I can't really look into their heads, but it's the little things I noticed.
Just like Druig recognized me as Ajak for a moment, as it's probably also the case right now, I only have to look towards them simply, for them to suddenly bow to the ground.
This is because they're in the presence of the Supreme Leader they've only seen in my memories. Something that wasn't suppose to happen, but happened anyway.
I looked to them confusingly, while my heart skipped a beat because of the Eternals, whom are all kneeled on the ground with their heads down.
It's looking like these synthetic beings are reset again with the fact their Supreme Leader is standing right in front of them; they recognize a leader whenever they see one.
