POV Gina

I'm at the airport in Phoenix. My eyes are tired of all the crying. Yesterday with EJ and now with leaving all my friends behind. It just doesn't seem fair!

My mum went somewhere to check something and she told me I could wander around. I know this airport very well, I've spent a lot of hours here. I walk around and go to the little shop on a corner.

They have amazing chocolate bars! Every time I am here, I just have to buy one. Or two. Or more.

A few minutes later, I'm happily eating my chocolate. I decide to go outside already. I feel like the airport is too small and there are too many people. When I'm outside, I take a deep breath.

This is gonna be my new home. At least for a while. Until we're moving again.

Maybe I shouldn't make new friends. It's only gonna hurt after all when I have to move again. I think about Ashlyn and Kourtney. Are they sad that I'm gone? Maybe they just forget me and move on.

My mum walks out of the airport with some strangers in expensive-looking suits. She walks toward me, leaving the stranger behind. "You can take a taxi to the house. I'll be there tonight. Don't forget your school is starting tomorrow," she says.

I smile and she walks away. I didn't expect anything different. She's always gone. But somehow it still sucks.

~Time Skip~

I look at the huge building in front of me. My new school. At first look, it looks bad. The building is old and gray, with no shining red banner with Wildcats. Just a huge boring building.

The name is also weird. Ravenwood High. The mascot is a raven. I don't know who came up with this name but I don't like that person.

I walk a bit further onto the schoolyard. Some groups of students are standing at the tables. Some girls look at me but when my eyes cross theirs, they quickly look away. I walk further until I feel a hand on my shoulder.

"Gina?" I hear behind me. I turn around and look into a pair of hazel eyes. "What?! Jack?! What are you doing here?" I ask surprised. "Uh- I live here," he laughs. "What are you doing here?"

"Same, apparently," I reply. I mention some people behind Jack. "Are those your friends?" I ask, pointing at them. One of the two girls steps forward. "I'm Hannah," she says and she holds her hand in front of me.

I shake it. "Nice to meet you," I say. "Nice to meet you too. You're Gina, right? Jack told us about you," Hannah says. I frown at Jack. "Uh- this is Emily," he quickly says to change the subject.

The other girl steps forward. "Hi, I'm Emily," she says. "And Joey," Jack says and the remaining boy steps forward. "Hi," he says. I greet them and turn to Jack again.

"I can't believe you live here, I thought my life was over again when I heard I had to move away from Salt Lake City," I say. "I never thought I'd see you again," Jack smiles. "Me neither."

Me neither.

POV Carlos

I see my blond-haired boy in the hallway. I run towards him. Well, I'm not the best at PE so I'm not sure whether you can call it running or-. Don't blame me, I have other talents.

"Hey," I smile when I got to him. Seb smiles back. My eyes fall on his arm. It's a bit red but Seb holds his other hand in front of it. "What's that?" I ask. "Nothing," Seb says and he hides it behind his back.

"Sebastian, are you sure?" I say seriously. "Don't call me Sebastian," Seb says. I grab his arm and look at it.

A big, big wound is shown. It's not only red, the blood is also still there. It's a big scratch from his wrist to his elbow.

"Seb?" I ask. "When did this happen?" I ask concerned. Seb doesn't answer. "Seb, please tell me, what happened?" I ask again. "Nothing- Nothing happened," Seb responds.

He's lying. I can see it in him. But not only that. The big wound says enough.

Seb pulls his arm back and walks away.
