The Wedding

POV Benjamin Mazzara

Today's the day. The happiest day of my life. The scariest day of my life. The day I will never, ever forget.

Jennifer and I decided to not see each other today and get ready for today separately. So, right now, I'm off to one of my best friends who is gonna take care of my outfit and everything.

I drive onto the driveway, where my friends are already waiting for me. "Benji, finally," one of my friends, called Charles, shouts.

I cringe. Benji. That's what my friends used to call me. It sounds like I'm a stupid teenager who's doing drugs or something.

I used to call Charles Charlie. I thought we moved on from those times.

"C'mon, we have no time to lose. Let's get inside," Charles says. I follow him and my other friends into the house. There hangs my suit, a beautiful, simple, black suit with some red accents on it.

Jenn wanted to wear something special yet simple. Since red fits her so well, we decided to add some red things on our outfits.

I can't wait to see Jenn, we're only a few hours apart from each other and I can already feel my heart hurting.

I take my suit off the coat hanger and go into the bathroom. I change and look at myself in the mirror.

I still don't understand how Jenn would like me. But I love that she does. It's the best thing that happened to me. She's the best thing that ever happened to me.

Two hours later, my friends drive me to the place where Jenn and I decided to get married. It still sounds weird. In only a few hours, Jenn and I are married and live happily ever after.

POV Miss Jenn

I'm wearing a stunning white long dress with long linen sleeves. A red ribbon is just above my hips and I'm wearing bright red high heels.

I'm slowly walking into the aisle. As soon as the big doors open, I see him. My almost husband. My perfect man.

The suit really suits him well. The little red flower in his pocket really gives that finishing touch it needs. Behind me walk my beautiful bridesmaids, Ashlyn, Kourtney and Nini. They all have a completely red dress and their hair is perfectly matched.

When I'm in front of the room, Benjamin grabs my hands. "Wow, you look-" he whispers. "Wonderous."

I blush. I do look good, I know. But it's great to hear it from your almost husband.

The theater kids gather around us and start singing Kiss the Girl.

"There you see her, sitting there across the way. She don't got a lot to say but there's something about her. And you don't know why but you're dying to try to wanna, kiss the girl," Ashlyn starts.

Perfect.

"Yes, you want her," Kourtney sings and Nini does the harmony. "Look at her, you know, you do. Possibly she wants you to, there's one way to ask her."

"It don't take a word, not a single word. Go on and kiss the girl," they all sing.

After the song, I turn to Benjamin. "You ready?" he asks. I sigh happily and nod.

I take one look at the audience. "Wait, is that-?" I start.

POV Gina

"Don't mind me, I'm just here to see you on your happiest day," I say to Miss Jenn who smiles at me and looks back at her fiancé.

I decided to go back to Salt Lake City because the musical is almost there and I just wanted to spend some time with my friends.

Plus, I really couldn't see Jack anymore. He behaved even more like an asshole the last few times I visited him. The last time, he even hit me. Not that hard, but hard enough to decide that I'm done with him. Forever.

"Benjamin Mazzara, do you take Jennifer Bell as your wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until death do you part?"

What?! Miss Jenn's last name is Bell?! Is it going to be Benjamin Bell, that sounds so ridiculous.

"I do"

"Jennifer Bell, do you take Benjamin Mazzarra as your husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until death do you part?"

"I do," Miss Jenn says and she has a big smile on her face.

"Then I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride."

Mazzara pulls Miss Jenn into a long and passionate kiss, and everyone starts applauding and cheering.

They're an awesome couple, nobody can deny that.

Sorry it took me so long to upload this, I hope it was worth it!

In two chapters the musical starts and then this book is almost done :)
