We came full circle and it was almost my turn again. We waited for Gia as she thought for a while. "Today princess" Someone said.

Gia rolled her eyes and looked at me. She flashed a smirk before saying, "Don't worry I got one" Oh boy.

"Never have I ever..." She started. Her smirk was noticed by everyone so it wasn't surprising that all of us looked on.

"...took a dare so seriously..." She said. Dare? What dare? I was confused because I thought it would be about me but I didn't take a dare.

"...that I spent days being with a girl..." She continued slowly. I looked around and noticed Ahaan and the other boys tense up.

"...just to ensure she dates me..." She looked directly at me and I furrowed my eyebrows at her. "...by the end of the first week of school"

Gia finally completed her sentence and there was silence around the circle. Everyone was confused especially me.

She kept looking at me and smirking. Then she tilted her head and looked at Aryan who had his eyes shut in annoyance.

"Aryan?" I asked. He opened his eyes and looked at me. He leaned closer and said, "let's get of here and I'll explain everything"

"Explain what?" I asked confused. "I'll explain" Gia interrupted. "Prince here is known for never turning down a dare"

I knew that already. "And he got a dare on the first day of school by his friends" She looked at the boys who didn't meet my eyes.

"To get his admirer to go out with him by the end of the first week" She told everyone. "You really thought he like you" She mocked.

"That's enough" Aryan tried to stop her. "Hun it was just a simple dare" She told me. "That's enough Gia" He scolded her.

"It wasn't even a hard dare for him" I looked away and tried to block her voice out. "Gia stop it now" She ignored Aryan.

"He actually said to give him something challenging instead" Aryan grabbed Gia and pulled her away.

I sat there with unspilled tears in my eyes. I was frozen in my spot and didn't dare to look up to everyone who was staring at me.

"That poor girl" Someone whispered. "Damn they did her dirty" Another one said. "Mira?" Rhea lightly touched my arm.

I hated when people pitied me more than anything else in the world. I got up and immediately ran to the door.

I rushed out of the venue. I didn't know where I was going. Heck, I didn't even know where I was because I blindly trusted Aryan.

Aryan. I trusted on him more than anyone else and he betrayed me. I couldn't believe he was capable of something like this.

It was dark at night and all I had with me was my phone. A phone that didn't even work properly and had cracks all over it.

My aunt gave it to me when she bought Rehan a new phone. She told me to my face that this was what I'm worth.

I was in the middle of nowhere on an unknown street. I was walking on my own late at night. I looked around and panicked.

I didn't know how to get home. I didn't know who to call. I couldn't call my family because they wouldn't care.

I didn't want to call my friends because I was angry at half of them and I didn't want the pity of the other half.

I didn't have any options left. Where could I go? I didn't even have money on me because I only took my phone with me.

I heard voices from the dark corner and froze in my spot. Two men popped out and started walking towards me.

Out of reflex, of course I stepped backwards. "Where are you going?" One of them mocked me. I knew where this was going.

So, I turned around and started running in the opposite direction. I heard them run after me and picked up the pace.

I turned a corner and ran onto the street. The second I stepped on the road, a car came out of nowhere and stopped right in front of me.

Unfortunately, it wasn't able to stop before slightly knocking me down. I hit the road and heard the car door open.

I couldn't see anything because of the bright headlights but I heard the two men that were chasing me run away.

A pair of hands grabbed me and pulled me up to my feet. "Are you okay? Are you bleeding? Why did you run away like that?"

I was bombarded by questions from a very familiar voice. It took me a few moments to set my sight straight.

I finally looked to the person and saw Aryan standing in front of me. "Can you hear me? Are you hurt anywhere? Did they do anyth–"

I didn't let him finish and pushed myself out of his hold. "Go away" I said with a shaking voice. "No" He simply said.

"Go away!" I screamed with a much firmer voice. "I can't leave you here" He told me. I scoffed at his fake concern.

"Don't pretend like you care about me" I told him. "Okay I won't pretend" He said. "Now get in the car" I shook my head.

"Where are you going to go at this hour all alone?" He asked. I looked around and there was nothing around.

"The second I go they're going to be back" He pointed in the direction the two men ran back towards.

"Let me take you home" He said. "Then you can be mad at me all you want" He told me. I went around the car and sat down.

I had to pick my battles and I knew I couldn't win this one. I was still angry at him and wanted to lash out but not right now.

We drove for a while before I realised he took a turn away from our street. "Where are we going?" I asked him.

"Aryan where are we–" He cut me off before I could complete my sentence. "Hospital" He told me.

"Make sure you're not hurt" He said. I rolled my eyes. "I'm not hurt bring me home" I told him but he ignored me.
