(Jasmine's POV)

It's an accomplishment.

AFTERNOON: LA UNION 5:00 PM

Wala naman kaming bagong ginawa sa mansion. Nagbalik na kami dito sa La Union and I'm preparing my things for tommorow's event.

Apaka tanga mo talaga Jessie.

(Irene's POV)

6,361 days since the last time I saw my daughter. She was only 7 months old when I left. In two days she will be turning 18. My tears flowed as I remember hearing her cry after she was proclaimed dead by the doctor.

Imee: Irene!!! Nabibingi ka na ba?

Irene: Huh? Sorry ate, may iniisip lang.

Imee: Hulaan ko kung sino. Si JESSIE ELIZALDE.
She said emphasizing his name.

Irene: Ummm...close.

Imee: Make contact with him. Or if not, go to La Union, I'm sure he's there.

Irene: Ate ano bah, I don't have a face to show to him anymore.

Imee: Look, that was the past. Just talk to him for just a minute. Ask him how he's doing. He has a daughter Irene, may pamilya na yung tao.

She said not knowing that I am the mother of the daughter she is referring to.

Irene: I will talk to him ate. Just not now.

I said bowing my head down fighting back my tears not to fall.

Imee: Fine. Dad, is calling us. Kakain na daw, tayo lang hinihintay.

Irene: Susunod ako ate, may gagawin lang.

She left the room and close closed the door while I went near and opened my cabinet. I pulled out a golden-colored, box-shaped music box and opened the lid and it started to play "Roses Of The South". It was given to me by Jessie on the day he decided to propose. I just stared at I remember the day we parted ways. I came back to my senses when I remembered that the whole family is waiting for me for breakfast. I went down and saw everyone patiently sitting on their chairs facing the table.

Bong: Buti naman naisipan mo pang bumaba, we're starving and yet dad won't let us eat because apparently, kanina ka pa nageemote sa taas.

Ferdinand: BONG! You are infront of the table. Swallow your words.

Bong: Sorry dad.

Imelda: Sandro, lead the prayer.

(SKIP: EATING)

Imee: The exam for regional will be on Tuesday dad. We will house the contestants who will win. We have decided that Irene and I will house 6 contestants each, while Bonget will house 5. We will provide a week for the contestants to review. I will review my contestants in Ilocos, Irene will keep her contestants in Forbes, and Bong in Baguio.

Ferdinand: Okay. Let's look forward in training the next leader of the Philippines.

(At dahil fan fiction toh...buhayin natin si Ferdinand. Enjoy reading mga mareh.)
