Tommy watched as Drista let go of her dead brother.
"Karl, let's go back," Drista said without looking at them.
"We should, shouldn't we?" He answered with a sigh.
"Wait, where are all of your past selves from, uh, my time then?" Tommy asked.
"Well, when we leave, our past selves should be where we're supposed to be, and have all our memories," Karl answered.
"So, where should I look?" Tommy asked.
"The house right there should do," Karl answered, pointing to Techno's house.
"Well, as soon as we get to the present, I'll make sure Dream gets buried," Tommy said.
"Nah, you don't have to do that, bet my past self would do it for you," Drista chuckled.
"Well, I'll see you guys soon then, I guess," Tommy stated as Karl opened a portal.
They all smiled and walked through the portal, leaving Tommy shivering in the snow. Tommy took a breath in and walked towards the door of Techno's house and knocked three times.
"Who- Tommy?!" Techno yelled opening the door.
Techno trapped Tommy in a bone crushing hug, but Tommy didn't mind. Because for the first time in a while, he felt that familiar warmth again.
The story was finally over. There were no more pages to turn. It was the end of the beginning of a peaceful life.
