I heaved a sigh of relief and relaxed my back on the pillar. I took few breaths and then had few seeps of water, this was on of my toughest trek. I looked around the group of trekers, some were couple, some were small and big group of friends, but I, I was doing this solo. I shook my head and closed my zipped her bag
"You want something to eat?" Navya asked me. Navya was accompanying us with the tour guys, apparently she was PR and representative of the businessman who owned this place. Ya you heard it right! Someone was owner of mountains in the northern part of India. Insane! I don't know how though! I had bugged Navya and asked about it. Navya told mer, her boss is actually a hire to the king of this mountains, they have to kind of treaty with the government. Insane again!
"Hey Nandini I am asking you something" I heard Navya. She was sweet and all but I felt weird vibes from her, she was too caring and warm to me. Trust me she was scary, she had almost punched a guy from the group who had breached the rules and put a pebble on a flock of birds, one of them actually got hurt. Apparantly, I treated the bird. So maybe I guess she like me
"No Navya, I'll have something after sometime." I told her. She shrugged and left, weird I tell you. I followed her and saw a table of food. Damn where did they get this kind of food on this height!? It looked delicious! But I'll have it later.
I turned and raised my polaroid. Hmm, let's click picture. I walked to the fort behind me clicking pictures. I read this fort's history is unknown. No one knew the story or stories it had had but it beautiful, the architect is magnificent. Knowing how old it it, it's maintained quite good. I looked around it was beautiful. There was a gorgeous fort, it had a big courtyard which end on every side with a clif except one. This one side had steps lead down to a terrain, which was like a thousand steps down. The terrain had a small market and a road which lead to a town. The town I know, the town I once lived in. And we were surrounded with forest from all side, till my eyes go, there was forest, miles and miles of forest. God saved us if a lion or tiger decided to go man eating and smell us. I took a few photos. Wondering around my eyes felt on the forest. And suddenly things started to zone out. I looked deep and deep in the forest and it felt, it felt as if it was calling me, as if there was a force which was pulling me, attracting me. It scared me and excited me at the same time
"Nandini" I saw someone snap infront of me. My trance broke and I looked at that person. He was the same guy, what was his name again. Nishant, Nihar something with N bro
"Remember me Dhawal" he said. Ok something not with N bro
"I thought you would like it" he forwarded apples to me
"No thanks" I denied politely. Go away dude, don't you get I am not interested.
"Are you ok. I have not seen you eat anything. You just are drinking water. And you look good" he said and I mentally rolled my eyes
"Yaa I have a secret" I whispered
"I can do this because I am a vampire. I don't survive on food I need blood." I said and his face went pale "You knows yours smell tempting" I added "Apple flavour" I said with a smirk and the dund was shit scared I tell you.
I suddenly burst out laughing and everyone looked at me
"Kidding bro" I said and took and apple. Poor boy, I feel bad. He just gave a small smile and scurried away.
"You scared him away" I heard Navya before I saw her
"Ya, he is not my type" I told her, weak heart, the guy has

"Figuring it out" I said giving her a smile
