"Hey Mani" Nandini said on VC
Manik raised his eyebrow "Are you fine?" He asked
"Today I was coming home na toh..." Nandini trailed
"Toh...?" Manik asked
"Toh na" Nandini turned got something from behind.
Manik widen his eyes "Nandini!" he said knowing what was going
"Manik he has no Mumma. He was roaming around sad. He came in front of my car. It was raining. I got him home" Nandini said holding the puppy
"I will leave him to some care centre or pet shop once he is fine" she said
"You promise?" Manik asked
"Look he is so cute" Nandini said and Manik knew the future. This puppy is going to be thir dog but he was not in favour of this.
"Keep him" Manik said and before Nandini squealed he added "But there are some rules" Nandini stopped
"You are not going to cuddle him. He is too small for that. He will not get in the bed and tomorrow the first thing you are going to do is take him to vet and do a full check up. I don't want any health risk. And you have one week to find him a good, loving house. A week Nandini not more than that. Am I clear?" Manik asked and Nandini nodded
"Good. Now tell me how was your day?" Manik said and she started telling him.

Manik entered Mukti's cabin to see a office boy take a big parcel with him
"Who are you gifting that?" Manik asked
"Oh no it's going with our London Branch goods. It's for Nandu" Mukti said signed few documents
"What is that?" Manik asked
"She ordered some stuff form Abhi" Mukti said
"What stuff?" Manik asked
"Ummm... Some stuff" Mukti said not looking
"So all of you are with her. It's for that new dog, isn't it?" Manik's asked but Mukti said nothing
"This girl" Manik said holding his forehead. He left calling her but she didn't pick up.
Manik exited and Mukti texted Nandini 'Bahi saw your parcel. Stay aware.'

Nandink saw Mukti's message and Manik's misscall after she was free and made a thinking pout. She called Manik
"Haan Mani" she said
"I told you a week Nandini" Manik said climbing down stairs rushing to a meeting
"Haan but you said na that he can't sleep on bed" she reasoned
"So you ordered a bet for him for Abhi" Manik said
"And two toys. Abhi's products are good Manik" She said
"Bunny. If he satys longer you will get more attached" Manik said
"But..."
"No Nandini" Manik cut her "You work. Abhi Amma, Appa and Rishu hai vaha but mostly there is no one home then whag will you do?" he asked her
"Hmm" Nandini said getting his point
"The dog will get lonely baby. You want that?" he asked and she said nothing
"Good so make sure you find a good adoption center or care centre for him. I will ask Robin to help you" he said and she hmmed and hung up.
