Nandini walked behind Mr Mehta. He was a very old client and she had to work for him a little extra, since her boss said. So much so that now she had accompanied Mr Mehta to his clients office because he had an important meeting and Nandini had to go home early as she promised Vanshika that she will board the same train that she is in in evening and for that she had to have this meeting Mr Mehta according to his schedule. Nandini looked at the posh office building. There were different many people moving around doing work or getting in elevators or checking in or just chilling in the lobby, some where talking on the phone.
"Nandini Ma'am stick with me only." Mr Mehata's assistant Ganesh told her and Nandini nodded.
She saw Ganesh using a pass while entering and even giving Nandini her entry. Nandini frowned
"Security protocol. This card gives her limited access only. We are here to meet the marketing head Mr. Prasad and this card only give us access to his floor" Ganesh told her.
"We have to take this lift" he gestured Nandini as they both followed Mr Mehta
Nandini nodded, she was were confused seeing so many lifts. But she followed Ganesh
They were all sitting in the waiting room when Nandini excused herself to go to washroom.
She was walking and looking for washroom when buy couldn't find it so she asked a random person
"Oh it's not on his floor, there is one two floors down and one just on the floor above" he told her. Nandini thanked him and left towards the elevator to ho to the floor above. She got in but the elevator didn't stop on that floor and went four floors up. Nandini got confused. She started to look around and eventually got lost in the posh building. One thing she got to know was that the elevators were designated to certain floors only. Wondering she reached a floor and saw hardly anyone there. She walked around looking for washroom when she bumped in someone.
"Nandini" Nandini looked up to see Cabir
"Hi" she said confused seeing him here.
"I work here" Cabir said
"What are you doing here?" he asked
"I was here with a client. Lekin I think I am lost looking for washroom" Nandini told him
"You want to use washroom? Come" Cabir said and gestured her to follow him. Nandini started to follow him
Cabir knocked on a fancy wooden door and got in without looking for an answer
"Manik can you let her use the washroom here" Nandini heard Cabir and saw Manik sitting in front of a big glass window which gave the view of the city
"Nandini" Manik said looking at her suprised. Nandin looked at Manik who was wearing a navy blue shirt, his first two buttons were open and his sleeves were folded.
"Hi" Nandini smiled. He looked handsome and she couldn't take her eyes off him.
"I have meeting. So I'll leave. Nice meeting you Nandini" Cabir said and left giving Manik a look and teasing smile.
Manik was still looking at her. She was wearing blue jeans, grey t-shirt, black boots and white jacket with black checks on it. And holding a black handbag in her hand
"Manik woh washroom" Nandini said and Manik pointed to the door that was in the corner of his big cabin.
Nandini thanked him and made way to the door. When she came out she saw Manik leaning with the support of his table with his hand folded and thinking something
"You have a big cabin" Nandini said looking around
"Yeah. I had no choice but to shift here after my promotion" Manik smiled turning to her
