Nandini saw Manik taking a right from the pack house and running towards the lake
"Where are we go... Ahhh... Going?" she asked him gripping his shirt more. She was in pain due to hit
"Pack house is not safe for now. There are many unmated wolves there, I am taking you to a safe space" Manik was already in the forest and Nandini's vision was blurring now.
"Maann.." she held on to him
"Haan baby I am here" Manik ran as fast as he could. He came near the lake and without thinking he jumped with Nandini in the lake
The sudden water woke Nandini up from her blurring vision and she felt nice. She sighed loudly relaxing in the cold water, a wave of calmness comming to her. She knew it was for a less time but she did not ponder on it as all she needed right now was getting rid of the heat. Cold water will definitely help her for sometime. She felt Manik holding her closer
"Just calm down for a bit" Manik whispered to her and she nodded. And clinged to him.
"Better?" Manik asked and she nodded "Good" he said and got her out of the lake
"Manik, stop. I need the water" Nandini said in distress
"That's not going to help you for long. It's just the start of you hear, so water is giving relief. We need to take you some place safe before you complete go in heat" Manik said walking with her at a distance from the lake.
"I know" Nandini said leaning on him more. His touch was all she needed right now and all she wanted right now.
"Mate kiss mate" Star said in her mind
"Oh Nandini mate Manik already, I can't have one more painful heat cycle" Viha pleaded
So her wolf was horny, bad sign. Her angle was not honry yet, good sign bit she was desperate, bad sign. Nandini was thinking of she could ask Manik to mate her.
While Nandini was having a mental battle, Manik stood with Nandini at a distance from the lake. He moved her in his arms. He was holding her in a bridal style till now, but now he held her like a baby monkey. Her leg around his waist and her arms around his neck. Nandini felt the change and her wolf got happy.
She was going to kiss Manik's lips when she saw him saying some spell and before Nandini could know she was falling with Manik. She closed her eyes and hid her face in Manik's neck. She could hear Manik still using the spell and they were falling in a ditch, like Alice fell in the wonderland.
Soon Nandini heard a thud and opened her eyes, they were not falling now. Manik was standing, holding her. Nandini looked around it was a beautiful house, even in her heat crams she could see how beautiful it was. But right now she was not interested in the house but her mate.
Manik was walking with her somewhere but Nandini started to kiss him passionately. Manik moaned and kissed her back. He stopped walking and pinned her to a wall kissing her heard. Her eyes were closed and all she felt was the lips of her mate, which kissed her back, his hands which her around her holding her securly and his warmth. Her pain was already subsiding. She felt her body temperature getting back to normal. Her body was not heating up now. She moaned in peace.
