Chapter 13 : Not Ours to Keep

I yawned, I was about to get up when I felt a sting between my legs.

"O my gosh!" I exclaimed while covering my mouth. May dugo pa ang bedsheet. I tried to remember what happened last night but wala akong maalala.

I mean yes, may naalala ako but everything was a blurred. Ang huli kong natandaan ay may kinausap akong lalaki na kamukhang-kamukha ni Thunder.

I slightly slapped my face para magising ako. Who took my v card? O my cat (gosh) this is not happening.

Ngumiwi ako nang tumayo ako. Pa-ika-ika akong pumunta sa banyo. Gaano ka laking truck ang sumagasa sa'kin? It hurts so bad at hindi pa nakakatulong ang pag-kirot ng ulo ko.

I removed my undies, dahil 'yun nalang ang saplot na natitira sa'kin nang nagising ako.

My eyes shut when I felt the cold water from the shower. Inihiga ko ang sarili ko sa bathtub. A tear escaped from my eyes when I remembered why I drink last night.

It will always be her.

Wala si Thunder dito, and I'm pretty sure about that. Nang matapos akong mag-bihis ay mag-impake ng gamit ay agad akong lumabas at pumunta sa airport.

Napamulat ako at napahawak sa dibdib, why the? It's Thunder? Thunder took my V card? O my cat!

My head is aching so bad when I arrived at the Philippines. I sadly smile when the hot air of the Philippines hugged me.

Nag-hintay ako ng taxi ang luckily nakakuha ako kaagad.

"Love! I thought bukas pa ang uwi niyo? Where's your husband?" I smiled fakely as I hugged my mom, wala si dad probably at work at mukhang paalis na rin si mommy base sa suot niya.

"Na-rescheduled 'yung flight namin my eh. And about Thunder pina-uwi ko na. Mukhang pagod na pagod siya eh. He carried all our luggage kaya I told him to rest." I smiled weakly, I know how to lie and lie now.

"Mom? Pa'no po 'yung divorce paper? Kailan po 'yun?" I ask out of nowhere.

My mom looked at me suspiciously, I gulp my own saliva.

"M-mom?" she shaked her head as she carries my hair.

"I'm really sorry, anak. We'll call our attorney hmm?" I smiled and hugged her once again.

"Oh siya, I still need to go to work. I'll left you here with manang first, okay? I know you're also tired from the flight kaya mas mabuting mag-pahinga ka na." I nodded and closed my eyes when she kissed my forehead.

Gabi na nang naisipan kong i-on ang phone ko.

I'm outside your house.

Napa-kunot ang noo ko habang binabasa ang text ni Thunder. It was sent 2 hours and 47 minutes  ago.

I fixed my self and went outside and to my surprise nandoon pa rin siya. When he noticed me, agad siyang naglakad papunta sa'kin. He's walking really fast.

Napasinghap ako nang bigla niya akong hilahin papunta sa kotse niya. He walks towards the driver seat and locked the car door na para bang anong minuto ay tatakas ako sa kaniya.

What is he doing here? Why does he need to wait for almost 3 hours? Gaano pa ka-importante ang sasabihin niya para mag-hintay ng ganon katagal? What do you want this time, Thunder?

Ni hindi ko man lang namalayan na huminto na kami dahil sa kaka-isip ko. He grabbed me out the car.

"What do you want, Thunder?" I calmy said.
