I look at Sage on his first date since my death I smile softly at the fact he moved on, soon I watch him propose then I watch her walk down the aisle, I watch the birth of their youngest then I watch him telling his son to stay away from the gang, my dad and mom stand next to me at dads funeral, then the next time I see him is at his oldest wedding, many years of not seeming him I'm pulled to a home a bedroom to see him lay in bed old and all grey I walk over and sit next to him

"Ezra?" He asks I look over and touch his back making him shiver but he smiles "I think I'm ready" he says tears in his eyes I shake my head making him look at me "Ezra I'm ready" I nod leaning down and pecking his lips

I feel a hand on my shoulder and look back and see the brace faced Sage I get up and hug up "do you want to watch her find you?" He looks at his old body "did you watch it?" I nod softly "can you stay?" I nod he sits down on the floor and motions for me to also the bedroom door opens and a woman comes in "all righty Mr.Howard we going to get you washed up" the nurse says "Mr.Howard?" She touched his wrist checking for a pluses taking a deep breath and wipes a tear away then walks out

"I uh can you wait with me to see my family?" I nod at his words "I didn't expect you to come" he says I smile "mama and gram said the one you loved most will get you on your death bed" he looks at me "who got you?" I smile
"My mama did since you were alive" he smirks laying his head on my shoulder "I never didn't not love you, I think Kelly knew that, she knew I looked at your picture to long at your dads" he said "I watched all the milestones you had, the first date, the proposal, the birth of your youngest, oldest wedding, my dads funeral, this" I say

"I felt you at his funeral, I felt you at the wedding" I smile at his words the door opens and a crying Kelly comes in sobbing his kids following, once the room was cleared Sage nodded his head ready to go

Instead of where I usually go I find myself in grams house Sage still next to me "are you two ready for the next life?" A voice asks me and Sage look at each other and I smile "will we find each other?" Sage asks "you always ask that one Sage and my answer will always be yes, I'll see you both" and with that the room goes black

"Oh my I'm so sorry" I laugh looking up seeing green eyes "it's fine" he laughs a lip piercing on his lip and a tattoo on his throat brown hair and two nose rings in, "are you sure I mean uh I ran into you" I look back to the ground
"Wait uh you want my number?" I tilt my head and sigh "dad says I can't hang around guys" I raises his eyebrow "maybe one day" He says "I'm Helmer" he holds out his hand "Lily" I shake his hand a smile on my face
