I sat in the bathroom combing through my hair. I had gotten clip ins to give my natural hair some length.

"I love yo hair like this." Trell said coming up behind me running his fingers through it.

"Thank you boo." I said kissing him.

"We need to go somewhere. I'm tired of being in the house." He said leaning against the wall.

"I agree. What you got in mind?" I asked him.

"Let's go to the mall or snow skiing." He said smiling.

"Let's go snow skiing." I said ready to wear the moon boots I bought two weeks ago.

"Bet. Lemme call Alex so he can set it up." He said walking into our bedroom.

"You hoes be trippin like I won't bat you in yo shit." I said bucking in the mirror making myself laugh out loud.

"I knew you was slow." Trell said without coming in the bathroom.

"Boy please." I said walking out going into the closet to pick out my outfit.

"That's why you my twin." He said coming in behind me.

"Niggas thank they hoes , but hoes be hoes too. Two can play that game bitch we do what you do." I said doing shamar's dance.

"Hell naw." Kentrell said mugging me looking me up and down.

"You gotta call yo momma." I said laughing.

"For what?" He asked grabbing some snow boots out.

"I wanna talk to her. I think she funny." I said grabbing my black snow suit.

"Igh go get my phone." He said still getting his clothes together.

I went and grabbed his phone scrolling through his contacts. Now why the hell he got her name saved as Sherhonda.

I clicked on it and put it on speaker sitting it down.

"What the hell you want Desean?" I heard her voice come through the speaker.

"It's me Tahani." I said trying to hold back my laugh.

"Oh hey baby sorry about that. What's going on?" She asked.

"Nothing much just wanted to check up on you and see how you doing." I said pulling my clothes on.

"I'm doing okay. Just spending time with my grand babies that's all. Kentrell ain't over there stressing you out is it?" She said.

"No ma'am. I'm keeping him in check." I said looking up at him.

He rolled his eyes at me and shook his head.

"I know that's right baby. Tell em don't make you put yo hands on him." She said.

Kentrell walked out of the room and went down stairs I assumed.
