It was now two days before Christmas. I had shipped my mother and my siblings their Christmas presents and they should get them on Christmas Day.

"These damn bags are so damn heavy." I said out loud walking down the hall to my baby's nursery.

I decided to start decorating today. I was gonna invite Chanel ,but Chanel has been in and out of the hospital lately. She's been throwing up a lot. I went and saw her yesterday.

I pulled out my phone and looked at the baby picture I was going for in the nursery. It was just neutral right now until I find out the gender then I'll add appropriate colors. Right now everything is just grey and white.

I first started taking all of the baby clothes out of the bag and hanging them in the closet. I just had a bunch of yellows, whites, blues, nudes, and greys. Once I hung up clothes. I realized I had to build this crib and a dresser. So I called TeeLee.

"Hello?" I said once the phone connected.

"Wassup boo?" She said.

"You busy right now?" I asked her hoping she would say no.

"No, I'm just talking with Ken and Irulan." She said.

"Do y'all wanna come over and help me with the baby nursery?" I asked her.

"I would love to let me ask them if they wanna come with me. They don't know yet." She said screaming Ken name.

"Wassup?" I heard him say.

"You wanna go to Tahani house with me? You and Irulan?" She asked.

"Oh fasho Ian seen my slime ball in a minute wit ya fake ass." He said which made me laugh.

"He said yes." She said laughing. "We'll be there in 15."

"Okay boo. See you then." I said ending the call.

I rolled over on my knees and stood up. It's getting harder for me to just get up now. I walked downstairs and made sure everything was straightened up and vacuumed the carpet. I be the only one here so I don't be worried about it honestly. I also grabbed the wrapped Christmas presents and put them in the closet. The temperature was dropping in Houston it was 45 degrees outside.

"Whew shit." I said catching a chill walking over to my thermostat turning the heat up.

I walked in the kitchen and started boiling some water. It was cold out so I was gonna make hot chocolate.  Once the water was on I walked past the mirror in my living room. I had on a muscle shirt which obviously was Kentrell's because I didn't own any. My belly was coming from under it was rising up because it was to small. I had on some pajama pants with some slippers.

"When I put a lil umph in it." I said dancing in the mirror doing a tik tok dance.

I was about to redo the whole dance when I heard a knock at the door.

"Who is it?" I said walking over to the door.

"It's TeeLee." I heard from the other side I stepped behind the door and opened it so they could come in.

"Awww. Y'all look so warm." I said hugging TeeLee looking at her jacket. It was white with pink stripes but it was furry.

"It feel good as hell in here." Irulan said walking in behind TeeLee rubbing her hands together.

"I just put the heat on." I said hugging her.

"Is that a belly? Oh my god." She said hugging me back.
