We finally take a shower and Chris shaves, while I dry my hair. I don't know what I want to wear to dinner. I want to be myself, but impress his mother. Although if I completely be myself it would impress her more. I go with a v-neck white dress, with tiny straps and a ruffled tulip hem that goes to the middle of my thighs. It's slightly revealing, but mostly elegant. I put on my Tiffany heart necklace and I'm still wearing the Cartier love bracelet. I always wear that one, the main reason is because you have to use a screwdriver to put it on. At least I can show off my expensive jewelry, like Irene did at the cocktail party. I saw her jewelry and it was mostly Harry Winston. I know these things, I'm very fond of expensive jewelry. I think I'm going to change the silver to another one. It's still from Tiffany, but this one is gold and has two interlocking circles.

"Wow, baby... you look beautiful." Chris gasps as he walks into the bedroom.

"You think?" I ask him, slightly nervous and swipe my hands over the fabric of the dress.

"Hell yes," He says, looking me up and down.

"What are you going to wear?" I ask him and walk past him into the bathroom.

"Black trousers, white t-shirt... as usual." He says and leans to the doorway crossing his arms over his chest.

I take my bag that is sitting next to the sink and grab the black eyeliner.

"Don't you want to wear the white button down shirt?" I ask him while closing my eyelid to draw the second line.

"I don't know. I want to feel more comfortable... I guess..." He says and I get it. He's very stressed right now and I'm not going to push it. Also he looks very hot in those pants and a white t-shirt...

"I like the chain though." I say.

"You do?" He asks with a slight chuckle and I look at him, he's smirking.

"Yes, I do." I say with a serious face and he smiles.

Chris watches me as I put on some mascara and powder. I decided to go all wild and put on some blush on my cheeks. I apply some pink lip balm and walk back into the bedroom with him. I sit on the edge of the bed as he changes his clothes. I spot the wave tattoo on his shoulder and then as he turns around, his biggest tattoo, a forest with mountains on his lower stomach.

"Why did you get that tattoo?" I ask him pointing to his stomach. He walks closer to me and I trace the ink with my fingers. The surface of his skin is hard from the muscles. He has these biceps that drive me insane, I'm pretty sure that he's working out while I'm not here. Although I wish that there were no distractions from his biceps, I still love the tattoo. It's very beautiful and relaxing somehow.

"It's a forest." He explains and puts his hand on mine as I move around my finger. "We used to go to the Highgate Woods with my dad when I was a child." Sadness takes over his beautiful face. "It's a little outside London, but still counts as the city. We used to go there just the two of us and he would tell me these stories about his past and he would recite passages from his favorite books."

"What does your father do?" I ask him. I don't know much about his parents, not even his mother. Actually, it's obvious why he doesn't talk about her. He hates her, I get it. But I still want to know her and his father.

"My dad is a professor at Oxford." He says and I gasp in surprise.

"What?"

"Yeah, he's an English professor." He explains casually.

Wow! Never would I think that his father is a professor at a university like Oxford.

"What's the wave tattoo for?" I ask him, changing the subject. Before I scold him for not telling me about his father before.
