"If you need anything, and I mean anything. Call us, okay?" Dad says holding me by my shoulders, I nod and he hugs me tightly. He volunteered to take us to the airport while everyone else stayed back at home. He knew that mom would've bawled her eyes out saying goodbye to us, as if it's the last time we're going to see them. "Be careful, two of you." He hugs Harvey at last  and then we take our bags and head into the airport. After check-in and passport control, I spot Diana sitting near our gate.

"Hey girl!" I say and sit next to her. There are almost no people, I hope the plane won't be too crowded.

"Hi. I still can't believe that we are leaving for college!" She says excitedly.

"Yeah, it will be fun living in the dorms." I say sarcastically and roll my eyes. "I actually wanted to talk to the two of you about something."

"Don't start with that shit again!" Harvey groans.

"Not that." I say with annoyance. He always assumes the worst. "I wanted to tell you something that I wanted to do." Diana looks at me cautiously. "I know that I've made a lot of mistakes in my life. Most of the decisions led up to the bigger problems... I just want this new start to be a real start." They both blankly stare at me.

"What are you saying exactly?" Harvey asks with a stupid grin on his face.

"What I'm saying is, don't remind me of my stupid decisions from the past... And kill me if I drink or party again." I joke, though I'm being pretty serious.

"But that's a part of college life." Diana says softly.

"I have done it all. So did you actually." I remind her. We have a crazy past. If I write everything that we have done it would weigh tons. I don't think that I have it in me to get through a year like that again. As much as it is fun, it's also exhausting. My head starts to ache just from thinking about it.

"Okay, then I'll put a baby monitor in your room." Harvey jokes and laughs at his stupid idea.

"So that you can watch us change, creep." Diana points out.

"That's a good idea..." I say thoughtfully. Diana stares at me as if saying, What the hell?

"What?" She blurts. Close enough.

"I should put one in his room," I say my thought. Diana bursts into laughter. "I mean," Harvey rolls his eyes as I say, "who knows what you're doing in there."

"Probably drinking beer and playing video games." Diana teases.

"And jerking off." I add.

"You're crazy." Harvey says. Well that's a given.

"Yes, brother. I am." I say and stand up. "I've already spent too much time with you. I think I might have to do a cleanse after this."

"Ha ha." Harvey says blankly. I guess he's not that bad.

"Come on D, let's find something interesting to do here."

She follows me into the shops, "We already know everything that they sell here."

"The world finds something new to offer more often than you think." I say.

In an hour and a half flight you can't really avoid people and I get to sit between Harvey and Diana, because she won't sit next to him. I should tell my dad to buy our seats separately next time and preferably business class, because these seats are too small.

"Remind me again, why didn't we ask your dad for the jet?" I ask Diana.

Instantly she shoot me a glare. "My dad might have a jet but it doesn't mean that I can use it, just to fly from one city to another."
