#13 (Starchild) Paul Stanley x Reader

Kissworld was just amazing! I looked around in awe, while walking through the entrance with my friends. "Ok where to first?", Claire asked excited. "The food corner!", Alice screamed before I could even take a breath. Claire and I burst into laughter shortly after. "It´s always the same with you Alice! You really could be friends with Shaggy!", I said and she pouted. "I don´t want to be friends with those losers!", she protested. "Hey, they are kinda nice actually!", I said, getting weird looks from both of them. "Never mind, let's get going or we won´t see much today!", I answered and they nodded.

Actually the Scooby-Gang saved me once from an evil janitor that wanted to get back at the schools principal. And I got in the way. Silently I followed Claire and Alice to the first ride they chose. After riding almost every ride in the park we decided to take a break to eat something. So we made our way to the food corner, me telling them what I wanted since I needed to use the bathroom. I quickly used the bathroom and exited it again, looking around confused.

The whole park around me seemed empty, not a soul in sight. "Hello?! Alice? Claire?", I shouted, walking back to the food corner, which also was abandoned. "Come on, this isn´t funny!", I shouted, still looking around for someone. I wandered around the park, not meeting a single person, which led to a bad feeling bubbling up inside me. I jumped when I heard a noise behind me, it sounded just like heavy footsteps. I stopped in my tracks and slowly turned to the noise.

At first I saw nothing but a moment later, two giant shadow-like creatures stepped out behind a building, glowing red eyes fixating on me. Fear rose inside me and I was frozen in place for a moment. As soon as those creatures came towards me though, I immedeatly began to run. I heard the heavy steps follow me, making me run faster. After some running, there suddenly opened a kind of portal in front of me. I was so fast I couldn´t stop and ran right through it, shortly looking behind me to see those creatures also walk through the portal, that vanished after they were through.

I cursed internally, seeing that my way back was gone. Then I looked at my surroundings, realising that I ended up in a strange looking forest. The trees were gigantic and the leaves of the bushes I ran past sometimes had strange colours. Some were green like I was used to, others were pink, blue or blood red with brown splatters on them. The shadows had a hard time following me, seeing that they got stopped by tree branches once in a while. After I couldn´t see them anymore, I decided to climb a tree to look for them and at the same time hide. Surely they wouldn´t search for me up high, seeing as they didn´t seem that intelligent.

I spotted a tree that seemed to be good for climbing, immedeatly grabbing onto the lowest branch, swinging myself up. In record time I was up high in the tree, seeing the shadows coming my way by the trees that shook slightly. I hid behind the leaves some more, watching the shadows walk past me. I sighed in relief quietly, before realising I still had no idea where I ended up. I looked around but all I could see were trees in every direction. I sighed and leaned back onto the tree trunk exhausted. I felt the adrenalin fade and tiredness taking over. Seeing that the creatures were far enough away from me, I thought it best to climb back down before resting. Else I could fall out of the tree without noticing until it's to late.

I began going back down, one careful step after the other, my muscles aching from all the running. I made it about halfway down when I slipped, twisting my ankle slightly and falling down. I could grab onto a few branches shortly, slowing my fall a little. Nonetheless I hit the ground, my arm landing on a stone, scraping it a little. I groaned in pain, laying there for a moment to get over the pain coursing through me. Taking a deep breath, I sat up, biting my lip as I felt the pain in my arm. Looking at it, I saw the small wound and thought that it probably was broken, seeing that the amount of pain I felt didn´t fit with such a small wound.
