"This place is massive," Kai'Sa hasn't even stepped inside yet and she already looks like she is dying to explore the entire place.
Akali remarks, "It almost looks brand new."
"It kinda is," I lift my shoulders, "Michelle ended up redecorating everything and made sure to replace some things, build other things outside in the backyard, and got some gardeners to fix everything up."
"All that on such short notice?" Kai'Sa looks at me.
"Her words, 'I like attractive things. She didn't waste any time."
I then gesture for them to follow me up the stairs, "All the bedrooms are on the second floor, I sleep in the far back room over there," dunno why I felt the need to say that, "Every room looks the same so you two can take these two for the weekend."
I step into one as Akali gasps, "Why is everything so huge and... wow."
"The Kinkou probably doesn't offer much for rooms, do they?" I ask.
She shakes her head, "I have a bed and a closet, that is all I really need. This is just awesome actually... I'd love to stay in a room like this," she hops onto the side of the bed, "How many rooms does this house have."
"Seven," I remark.
"That much?" Kai'Sa chuckles, "You can almost fit all five of us in here and still have a single room left for somebody else to be in."
"You are going to have to run that by Michelle," I chuckle, "But yeah, the rooms all have small personal bathrooms, save the main bathroom which is just a massive waste of money in my opinion."
Akali nods, "I mean probably but I would never complain about living in a place like this."
Kai'Sa looks at her, "I don't think you'd ever complain about it."
"I don't think anybody would unless you take a look at taxes."
"Fair point," Kai'Sa then drops down next to Akali, "So are we sharing a room?"
I narrow my eyes at them, "Okay I was more offering the two bedrooms if you girls wanted that privacy but if we are sharing rooms then there is no way I am not going to be vocal about the two of you sharing a bed and I need to be alone in my room."
Akali then pats the bed, "I wouldn't complain if you wormed your way between the two of us."
Kai'Sa adds, "If we don't drag you with us that is."
"Not like the three of us aren't shy with each other," Akali shoots me a mischievous smile.
I cross my arms, "Hey now, I am starting to wonder what the hell you two get on when I am not around."
Kai'Sa reassures me, "It's okay, (Y/N). We won't ever do things together that any of us will miss out on - I don't want any of us to sit with the jealousy," she then lifts herself, "But I am far from tired, do we have any plans for the night?"
"Other than ordering food and see what there is to do?"
"You don't know?" Akali asks.
"It's a big place and I haven't gotten around to exploring," I then gesture, "There is a hot tub somewhere installed outside near the patio but I wouldn't suggest the pool, it is pretty cold already."
"Hot tub?" Akali lights up.
"That is what I said," I chuckle, she looks like she is burning with excitement.
Kai'Sa lifts herself, "Looks like we know what we are going to get ourselves into."
I then suggest, "I already checked out but there are light drinks stocked up at the bar's fridge, the area still has some empty rooms for us to explore later."
Kai'Sa walks up to me, resting her hand on my chest, "Don't worry~" she presses her lips against my cheek, "We three have each other so let's just enjoy the company, not like we have to find a way to keep ourselves busy."
*** Ahri POV ***
The two of us arrive back at the apartment, they want to go out kind of died with our little argument, I drop down on the couch with crossed legs. Evelynn shoots me a gaze before dropping to the furthest end of the couch.
"Going to ignore me all night?" I ask her.
"No I am not," she breathes out, "You just struck a nerve."
"I wanted a reaction out of you, not for us to fight over something so silly."
"Whatever, it happened so we can't really do much about it," she keeps her gaze locked on the floor.
"You are still upset with me," I whisper.
"Don't pretend that you aren't mad either."
I nod, "I guess."
"I am going to bed," she lifts herself, I lift myself instantly grabbing her by the wrist, "Ahri..."
"You always run away when you want to do something but you are too scared to do it," she turns around and gives me this exhausted look, she wriggles her arm as I tell her, "I am not letting go until we talk this out."
"Nothing to talk about."
"There is a lot to talk about, are we going to ignore both of us just admitting to liking each other?"
She easily breaks my hold, grabbing me by the wrist she pulls me closer. Then turning me around she presses me against the wall. I can feel her hair brush against my cheek, one hand holding my arm and the other against my shoulder.
"E... Evelynn?"
"I want to explore all my options with you," her soft whisper, her warm breath against my neck and ear is setting off too many signals at once.
I then breathe out, "Then why don't you?" I regret my words, it wasn't as forceful as I wanted them to be, instead of asking I wanted to tell her to just stop doing this thing where she doesn't let something happen.
"Because I am still angry," she whispers again, I want to look her in the face, "Do you really want me to take it even further right now? Do something that I will probably regret?"
*** Normal POV ***
We cracked out a few drinks to start the night but we don't plan on going crazy, Akali really wants to go to the hot tub pleading that it is a bucket list thing - but Kai'Sa overruled it completely saying that we can just do it tomorrow.
I glance at Akali, "For someone that really wants to get into it, you really aren't putting up much of a fight."
She shoots me an annoyed stare, "I really want to climb in it."
"I won't stop you," I chuckle.
Kai'Sa rolls her eyes, "Stop encouraging her, our dinner is going to be here soon and the last thing we need is either of us rushing through the house. Wet and in our bathing suits, I don't want to deal with a pizza guy thinking this is his initiation into a porn skit."
"Kai'Sa..."
Akali then snorts, "That came out of left field."
I only look at her in amazement, her cheeks are bright red, "Come on, it was just a joke you two."
I only sigh, "Michelle would approve," I shake my head, maybe we should also stop drinking because at this rate this might get out of hand rather quickly - but I doubt it, not like Kai'Sa isn't responsible.
I then hear the doorbell, Kai'Sa looks at me, "Mind getting it?"
"I was just about to go," they both flash me a smile as I head straight for it, but not without shooting a glance only to see those two exchanging whispers.
One way to keep me curious.
