"Who wants to go mansion shopping!?" Michelle turns to the six of us sitting around in the living room, she went through an effort to gather all of us and didn't even give Ahri, Evelynn, and Jake time to get a room.
I then counter, "Didn't you need me and Akali for something?"
She points at me, "That only happens tomorrow. I have half a billion to blow and the quicker I blow it the quicker I don't use it on something silly."
Ahri then says, "Buying a new house is pretty silly on its own."
"Trust me," she transfers her finger to Ahri, "When you see this place you are going to do that thing where people say this place is pretty nice, and kinda get me into buying it without really saying it cause you'd love to be in there."
Evelynn sighs, "I feel sorry for you," I look at Eve who transfers a feint smile towards me.
"I am not the only one living with her anymore."
She sighs, "Talking about cruel."
Michelle then shoots everyone an unimpressed stare, "Okay so I am going to go do exactly that, Jake you don't really have a choice here but the rest of you can do whatever you want till we are back."
With a chuckle, "She did give us a choice at the very least."
Jake jumps to his feet, "They don't want kids messing up their pristine floors."
"Fuck you too," Evelynn flips him off as he throws his arm backward to do the same to her, as they leave Evelynn lifts herself, "I am going to grab a room and take a nap, I just have a feeling she is going to get us to move shit."
I then reassure her, "You don't have to worry about that, though try not to unpack anything just yet."
Kai'Sa looks at Akali, "Seeing as this is going to be your last chance, we could get a feel for that hot tub you have been sulking about for this past week?"
"Bet."
She jumps to her feet and rushes to her room as Kai'Sa looks at the two of us, "You two want to join?"
Ahri twists her lips to the sides, "I guess I am going to have to figure it out, but not right now," she flashes a quick smile.
As her gaze turns to me, I then say, "In a bit, maybe later tonight."
She nods, "Just going to get a feel for it, talk to you two in a bit."
She leaves the two of us here as Ahri reaches over for the remote, she turns on the TV but quickly reduces the volume slightly, you can hear it but it wouldn't be a bother if we wanted to start talking.
She then asks, "Weird to see you not jump at the moment to go with those two."
"I don't jump, I suavely slide in."
She chuckles, "Good answer."
"As good as it gets sometimes."
"Well - seeing as you aren't planning on doing anything I am just going to have to snatch your attention for myself," I chuckle at her words as she then breathes out, "Hm... I think the two of us... have had kinda weird chemistry."
"Weird? I wanted to say it was pretty hit or miss actually."
She raises her brow, "Oh?"
"It was either a definitely flirting with me with a hint of teasing to make me want to chase it even more - or you just got a real kick out of my reaction."
"Little bit of both," she smiles with a playful smile, "I think..." she leans back into the couch as if she is trying to find the words, "It was more testing how I really wanted to feel and even now it isn't like the two of us had super nice moments," she drops her eyes back to me, "I kinda regret no making a few memories."
