Nobody knows that Peter is in fact part spider. They know that Peter is Spider-Man and he's a part of the team. May is dead so Peter lives at the tower.

Peter's POV.
I got home from patrol, patching myself up when I get called down to dinner. I finish up and head down to the dining room when I smell a hint of mint. I ignore it thinking it was some perfume or oil diffuser.
"Hey Kid, how was patrol?" Tony asks.
"Pretty boring nothing was happening." I say sitting down next to Tony and Nat.
"Thats a good thing though, right?" Clint asks.
"Yea I guess it is but it's not that fun." I respond.
We continue talking for a while when Steve and Bucky bring out dinner. When they bring it out the smell of mint gets stronger. I wait until everyone has started getting food before asking.
"Does this have mint in it?"
"Yea it does why?" Bucky asks.
I don't respond but I get up and leave going to my room to get my suit on. I swing out the window and head to Delmar's to get a sandwich. I walk into the shop and is greeted by Mr. Delmar.
"Hey Spidey, what's up?"
"Nothing just getting one of your great sandwiches."
"Your usual?"
"Yea thanks." I pay for the sandwich and Mr. Delmar makes my sandwich.
After I get my sandwich, I thank Mr. Delmar and head l back to the tower to enjoy the delicious sandwich. I swing into my room taking my suit off and walking out to the dining room to enjoy it.
"Why'd you leave?" Nat asks.
"To get some food." I say taking a bite of my sandwich.
"Buck and I made food." Steve said annoyed.
"I know but it has mint in it."
"Yea so?" Bucky says
"Spiders are allergic to mint." I say matter of factually.
"Yea Spiders are not you." Tony says as if stating the obvious.
"Yea I'm part spider." I say finishing my sandwich.
"You are?!" Bucky asks surprised.
"Yea the radioactive spider that bite me altered my DNA and made me half Spider half human."
Everyone nods and goes back to eating. Let's say that the next day mint was banned from the tower.
