Orphanage

The Avengers all live either at the avenger's facility or at some other home. Tony and Steve are married and live at the Stark Tower.

Peter's POV.

I was sitting in the main area of the orphanage watching all the kids when Ms. Karen walked in.

"Quick all of you upstairs." I whisper yell to the 10 kids, I smell alcohol on her, "Go into my closets and lock the door."

They all quickly get upstairs, and I hear the lock on the door lock. Thanks for listening.

"WHAT ARE YOU STILL DOING UP! YOU KNOW YOUR SUPOSED TO BE IN BED BY 7! IT IS CURRENTALLY 8." Ms. Karen had a bottle in her hand and through it at me. 

After she through the bottle she started kicking me. 

"Thats for staying up too late." She says spits in my face then leaves.

I wait 10 minutes then hobble up. It took a bit of time to get upstairs, think she broke a rib. I head over to my closet door and knock.

"Hey guys it's me it's safe to come out now." I say holding my side and trying not to cry.

They all come out and the oldest starts helping the younger ones to calm down and help them to their room. I started tending to my wounds. After all the kids were in bed and asleep, I told Alex (the oldest) that I was heading out.

Tony's POV.

I was lying in bed looking through my phone when Steve walked in. He comes over and lays on top of me. I subconsciously start running my fingers through his hair.

"Tony?" 

"mm"

"Um so I know that we have discussed this before, but could we get a child?" 

I look up from my phone, "Of course. If you want, we can start looking tomorrow."

Steve nods then lays his head back down and falls asleep.

TIME SKIP

3'RD POV.

Peter had gotten back early in the morning with a few more broken ribs, broken leg and arm. 

Tony and Steve had been looking at different orphanages all day and finally made it to Sunny Side orphanage. (Peter's 'home'). Walking up to the orphanage is looked nice. Getting on the inside it was surprisingly was also nice. Unlike all the other orphanages were.

Tony's POV.

We walked into the orphanage we say a few older kids in the main area.

"Hello?"

"Oh, hi um... Ms. Karen should be down soon." The older of them said and ushered the rest upstairs.

A few minutes later this mean looking lady came down and greeted us.

"So, what age range and gender were you looking for?" She asks

"Well and gender is fine and someone between 13 and 17."

"Alright follow me upstairs and we can see all of them."

Following her upstairs, we are led to two rooms the first one had 6 kids between 13 and 14. The second room had 3 boys one 15, and two 16.  They were all crowded around one bed with a boy laying in it. 

"BOYS! we have guests please introduce yourselves." They all jumped.

"Hi... I'm Alex."

"I'm Atlas, and this is Peter."

"Could we be alone with them for a little?" I ask the mean old lady.

"Sure" she says with what seems like a forced smile, then leaves.

"Could you keep you voices down a bit. Peter has a huge headache and I think he's developing a cold." Alex says.

"Sure why don't you tell us a bit about yourself." Steve asks

They tell us about themselves. Alex likes Football, gaming mostly in arcades, and Atlas like animals, helping others and volunteering. 

"Oh and Peter likes Sciences, Hes actually read Dr. Banners books, he goes on and on and on about all the equations and how some of them are wrong."

"Wait he understood those and he's"

"15"

"15!?"

"Huh what, what I'm up what's wrong?" Peter says freaking out.

"Peter it's fine. Nobody's hurt and it's just Tony Stark and Steve Rogers." Alex says trying to calm Peter down.

"Oh ... Okay... WAIT TONY STARK AND STEVE ROGERS!" Peter yells then starts coughing. "Ow"

"Peter calm down. Why don't you go back to sleep." Atlas says and Peter nods then falls back asleep.

"Okay well it was nice meeting you guys." Steve says and we walk out.

"Welcome back have you found someone you want?" Ms. Karen asks us.

"Yea we would like to take Peter home." Not only because he's sick but because of his personality. 

"Sure, I'll go tell the boys and you can sign these papers." She says handing us papers.

Peter's POV.

After Tony and Steve leave it went silent. Thankfully my head is killing me and my side. I'm on the verge of falling asleep when Ms. Karen barges in saying something about someone being adopted. She leaves and again it is back to silence.

"Hey Pete, were going to pack your stuff instead of Tony and Steve packing it for you." I mumble a response and start to hear my stuff being packed.

A few minutes later Alex wakes me up, and both Alex and Atlas help me too the car. They set me in the back and put my stuff in the trunk. As soon as I got into the car, I fell asleep.

Steve's POV.

Me and Tony were walking behind the kids who were helping Peter to the car. I felt bad for Peter it looks like he had caught a real bug.

The car ride was quite minus a few snores and shuffling. Tony kept glancing back at him.

I set my hand on his leg and whispered, "He'll be fine. Some sleep and food and he should start to feel better."

"I know but, I can't help but wonder how he go in this situation." Tony says.

I nod and we pull into the garage. As we go to get out Peter wakes up.

"Humm. Where am I?" Peter asks

 "Hey Peter. Your at Stark Towers."

"WHAT?!" Peter yells that starts swaying.

"Yea. Why don't we get you inside and you get some rest." I say grabbing onto  Peter as he nods.

I lead peter to his room and Tony grabbed his stuff. Arriving in the room I set Peter on the bed and Tony set his stuff by the desk.

"Hope you feel better." Tony says as we leave.
