We pulled into the school parking lot as students were outside either waiting for dates or friends. Getting out the car was also something cause a lot of people were also waiting on my brother of course.

When walking in we all went out separate ways and of course I wanted to see the food section first.

Me and Namjoon walk into the cafe to see only a few people in it. Ooo this looks yummy, I said. You wanted to see food first before dancing, Namjoon said?

Yes, I said. But don't worry I didn't ask you out just to eat the whole time, I said grabbing his hands. Would you like to go dance Joonie, I asked? He smiled. Yes please, he said dragging me to the gym.

We got in there and it looked pretty cool. Dimmed lights, color filling the walls, kids dancing and loud music.

Looks like every other party I go to but with adult supervision. Come on come on, Namjoon said pulling me to the side.

Kids were either with friends or with dates. To busy to notice a lot thankfully. Maybe tonight I'll feel normal a bit.

So this is what homecoming is, I asked? Yes this ams the festival but we skipped out on that. If we go now the carnival games should still be there, Namjoon said.

Hmm let's go afterwards right now imma dance with you, I said. He grabbed my hand and soun me around. We dance a bit together and just goof off alot.

Yearbook committee of course tracked me down for yearbook but I let it slide. This time.

We met up with other friends and talked to them a bit. Kai and Taehyun we're standing by the side looking bored of it all.

Hoseok and Taehyung dancing in center with people recording them. Jungkook and Jimin were talking with Mr. Sin on the side lines.

I forgot he was chaperoning. And as for beomgyu. He was with the people person he had a crush on for a while. They looked nervous around each other but still had fun.

It's getting hot in here, I said. Let's get you something to drink then, Namjoon said. He grabbed my hand as we went out to the cafeteria to get drinks.

Here you go, he said handing me a water. Ah thank you, I said. Anytime I don't need you passing out in me, he said. I'm quite sure I won't, I said. He sat down at the table with me and we talked and random things for a while.

Hi Namjoon, she said. Hi guys, he said. It got really hot in there, Mark said. Tell me about it I think the heat is rising up, Namjoon said. Only cause more kids are getting in there, Lisa said.

So did y'all go together, I asked? Yea cause no one else would go with him, Lisa said. That's not true I had lots of girls asking me, he stated.

I hit his shoulder. Tease, I said. Come in Mark I wanna go outside and see the festival, she said. Again we just got back from the ferris wheel, he whined. Yes now we go out you to go one of the girls that asked you out, she said.

Don't you have friends, I said. Yea only in the music class though, he said. Do you want more friends join a club, I said. I might join S.T.E.M, he said. Sounds hard but you got the brains for it, I said.
