It was Christmas break meaning we got to stay home and it actually had just snow the other day. No work today, appa said as he jumped in the air!

You literally watched the news for an hour just to figure that out, I asked as I ate some cereal. Yea so what, he said. I get to be home and sleep more, he said laying on the couch.

Not now, Jackson said carrying a box in. What's that, appa said. When have you ever decorated your house for Christmas, Jackson asked? Never really I never got to do that, appa said.

Alright y'all you know what we're doing today. We're gonna be decorating like normal people when Christmas arrives, he said. Haven't you noticed we're the only house on the block that has nothing, he said.

Oh, appa said. Can we do it after I sleep, he said. No get your ass up and let's decorate as a family, Jackson said. What are we doing, Yeonjun said as him and Soobin walked downstairs.

We're decorating for Christmas, Jackson cheered! Why we never done so before, Yeonjun said. What's wrong with y'all have any of y'all decorated before, Jackson said!

I have, Namjoon said. Me and appa would take turns outside with putting lights up, he said. See he has, Jackson said.

Just then Jackson turned around and appa was going upstairs trying not to be noticed. Hey, Jackson yelled! He then chased after him.

Once he rounded us all up he was opening the box he had found. Let's see let's see, he said. Y'all have a tree up but don't know how to make a home look more festive, he said.

Our bad, I said? Yes y'all's bad, Jackson said. All that's in this box is lights is that really all you have, he asked? Yeah like I said we don't decorate, appa said. Jackson sighed as he put the box up.

Alright then how about we make gingerbread cookies, he said getting up! Yeah, Namjoon yelled! We never done that too, I said. What do y'all do for Christmas, Jackson cried.

Uh usually just watch movies, put up that tree, and gift giving, Yeonjun said. So this is just not your thing, Jackson said. Us three shook our head. I'm usually home by myself during the holidays, Soobin said.

So this stuff never happens. Jackson sighed. Jackson let's make them together, Namjoon said as he stood up! Really, he said. Yeah I loved doing this, he said. Me and appa usually had a cookie making competition and saw who can make the cookies taste better, he said.

Alright then let's leave this boring holiday spirited people, he said as they went to the kitchen. Ill watch, I said sitting at the table.

Jackson would you like us to still participate, appa asked as he wrapped his arms around him. I can see your really passionate about this, appa said.

It's fine, Jackson said. I guess I was a little excited. This is my first time spending Christmas with a family and with Yeonjun leaving next year I don't know when the next time we can do this, he said.

Jackson, appa said. I wish you had told me sooner now I feel bad, Appa said.

Don't not everyone has the same traditions, he said. I'll be lucky I spend anytime with y'all, he said. Let me participate a little I'll help you with the stuff, appa said. Him, Jackson, and Namjoon all walked into the kitchen as we stayed in the living room.

Wanna watch something, I asked? Sure, Yeonjun said as he cuddled up to Soobin. A while later init the show we heard a big clash in the kitchen followed by a lot of laughing.

What the heck, Soobin said. We all looked back and saw Namjoon standing with only one crutch as flour covered his face.

Jackson and Appa laughing extremely hard as Joon did too. How did you manage to do that Jin, Jackson asked!? It was an accident, appa laughed.
