Chapter 28

Lojoy – Monalisa ft. Sarz

I'm so excited for our trip!!! We'll be departing for our destinations from tomorrow!... But, I haven't packed yet. Just need my swimsuits, beach wears and casuals nothing serious or stressful.

It's been two weeks now, last week was our exam week and since we are in senior class, we had less subjects to study for the exams. And two weeks ago, Giovanni travelled. I don't know where he travelled to or what he's doing, I only know I got told by Edward and I am still not sure why he told me about his whereabouts.

I took my laptop and Surface Pro before going to Lia's room. I knocked before entering and it was empty, I went to Ali's room and it’s the same… strange. I am almost close to Linda's room when I remembered she isn't in, she went for her family gathering.

Going down the stairs with my electronics in hand, I met the boys with their partners in the sitting room flirting with each other.

“Any reason why you are here today?” I want the girls to myself today, why do they have to come? Even Edward didn't come… oh, Linda's out.

“For my princesa.”

“My baby girl.”

“I want them to myself today, and I mean it.” I crossed my hands and legs waiting for them to take it as their cue to leave.

“Are you bored? Do you want me to hook you up with someone?” Andrés teased and I threw a chair pillow at him. “Violence, not an answer. I'll take that as a yes then.” I threw another pillow at him when he dialed a number.

“You’re playing with fire.” Aiden chuckled, twirling his finger in Ali's hair. “But, the option is always open if you change your mind Luc.” I threw a pillow at him earning a laugh from them.

I went to the kitchen to look for what to munch on, something light cause lunch is in an hour or two. Opening the fridge, there are a lot of options.

Getting two flat plates, five saucers and a tray. I took doughnuts, chocolate puffs and sausages putting them in a Tupperware to heat for a few seconds. I opened the freezer and took a Tupperware of grilled chicken and few steaks.

After I removed the Tupperware from the micro, I arranged the snacks on the plates so it doesn’t fall when I’m carrying them. I reset the time on the micro for the chicken and started warming it. I took an oven tray, a brush and oil, I took the brush and deepened it in the small bowl poured oil in and greased the tray before placing the steaks in and greased it so it isn't dried when i'm done heating it.

I sat on the counter chair resting my head on the counter while waiting for our food to warm. Hmmm… this trip will be one crazy one. After we visit Granny, my mission starts… it's dangerous, but I have to risk it.

Hearing the micro beep, I stood up getting another plate to put the grilled chickens on. I grabbed another plate for the steaks. The tray can only take two plates at a time, I took the first tray placing it on the centre table.

“Need help?” Ali offered a hand.

“Yeah.”

I grabbed another tray putting the remaining two plates in while Ali got the drinks, water, cutleries and saucers.

“You didn't tell me you were this nice.” Aiden smirked, putting a puff in his mouth.

“Say one more word and you're out.” I started devouring the steaks first.

“Chill, you are having them for Christmas and New Year’s.” He reasoned, stealing from Ali's plate.

“Let's spend the day together.” Lia suggested, feeding the big baby beside her.
