She was just as powerful,just as strong,she was just like him.He found himself in her and maybe that's what made him fall for her.

Years ago he had signed a deal with her,but instead of his business that deal became one of their hearts.

It was hard for Tommy to confess his feelings out in the open so he didn't for a very long time.But one day all comes out in the open

One dark day,when a very important member of there family lies in a wooden coffin,getting buried into the ground.

Polly Gray.She treated y/n and Tommy like her own.Polly always loved y/n for she always thought that one day she would give all happiness to her nephew

And that he would give her all the love he had hidden in his heart.

But Polly's happy dream had ended.They watched as Isiah and Jeremiah put the coffin inside the cart with all her belongings.

Tommy stared at it with dead eyes,deprived of all emotions which was his ordinary emotion.He looked to his left to see y/n

Her eyes with the same expression,no emotion on her face not even a tear in her eye.Tommy had his eyes fixated on her reading through her emotions and body language

Y/n stared in front as they brought the fire lamp closer to her Vardo,Romani wagon.All memories flushed inside her mind but there was nothing she could do to stop this

Tommy watched as the fire was thrown to the wagon,and how it spread slowly,burning his aunt Polly down to ashes

Y/n felt she would scream any moment,she clenched her fists tight,turning them white,trying to control her tears from spilling out.

He saw how she was trying to hold back her tears and she put her hands into her pockets,watching it burn,hearing the cries of the Shelby family around her.

She didn't cry in front of them she never did

Only after closed doors it was,when she showed her true colours.

Without saying another word,she walked forward taking out a rose from her pant pocket.Tommy from behind watched her.Everyone did

She walked closer to the fire and looked at the dried dead rose in her hand.She looked at the fire

And threw it there

In memory of the lost ones,every petal meant for them.

And without saying another thing she turned around and she walked past them all.Past Tommy,only looking into his eyes.

That's when he saw tears finally pouring out of them.She walked past the burial ground and rushed into her car

Y/n drove away from there as soon as she could.And Tommy just stood there staring at the fire...wondering if he should go after her leaving Polly's funeral behind

But then he remembered her words in his mind

"You leave her side,you're earning a bullet from my gun.Don't ever hurt her Tommy."

And Arthur watched as in a split second tommy turned around and walked away from there,everyone staring at him while he silently walked to his car and drove off

Y/n slammed open the doors to her house and closed it behind.She let out a gasp of breath she was holding and fell into tears

"No no no"she cried grabbing her hair tightly in shock.She let herself loose and fell on the wooden ground in the middle of the lobby

"Fuck"she cursed hating how miserably she was falling apart.It wasn't just Polly's death,something about her and Tommy's relationship was hitting her too

Maybe how none of them took out there feelings,none of them confessed and that she now believed he wasn't there for her anymore like he used to be and that she was all alone

Her mind started to overthink things as she choked out tears.

And that was just when,she felt a strong pair of arms engulf her into a warm chest.He hugged her body closer to him and she without hesitation hugged him tightly

She knew who she was hugging.She could sense it was Tommy.She sobbed into his shoulder,her tears drenching his cloth material but he didn't care about it

He has never shown affection like this to anyone.But it felt so right when he did it to her.

"Don't leave Tommy"she said between her tears.He closed his eyes and brought her face in front of himself and touched her cheek

He leaned his forehead on hers and kissed her soft plum lips

"I won't my love because as long as I'm here....no one can hurt you"
