[ Anna's POV ]

A couple days, tons of worried looks and a lot a nerves wrecking conversations later, we're finally ready to travel to Brazil. We as in Chris, Jack, Jessica (they're in a relationship again), a nice looking guy named Sammy and me. Ryan went back to LA, after discovering that someone trashed their house and Chanel doesn't want to have anything to do with this. Sammy is Jack's closest friend and he insisted in going to Brazil, cause he knows a lot about hacking. Not that it's necessarily but who knows, right?

We told everyone that we would go to Chris's grandparents for a while and grandpa helped making it look convincing. He still wants me to leave Chris when we're back from the trip, but that's far away so I'm not letting that thought come between my happy thoughts.

Yesterday, grandpa gave me a notebook with all the necessary information we need and he didn't mention that the name of the keyholder isn't in the notebook. I gave it no thought since his address is in it so it shouldn't be too hard to find grandpa's friend.

I groan when I see my phone light up. Again. Dad and Jasmine are calling for the fiftieth time today.

"Yes, dad?" I pick up the phone and look at Jessica, who's laughing at my annoyed face, "We will be fine, I'll call you when I land."

"Don't do anything stupid and tell Chris' grandparents whenever you're going out," dad's voice booms through the phone and I nod, although he can't see me.

"I will, I promise. We need to go now, the plane is about to take off without us," I roll my eyes and hang up before dad can warn me for the danger in Brazil again. Mom dropped us off about an hour ago and we're waiting for Jack's pilot to tell us we can board the airplane. We didn't tell anyone that we're going with a private jet, since it would've brought up many awkward conversations.

Just when Chris gets off the phone with his mom, the pilot, who looks like he's in his thirties, walks towards us and nods at Jack, "The jet is ready, sir." He motions for us to follow him.

"Thanks man," Jack smirks at him and walks towards the huge plane, the rest of us following behind. My eyes had widened at the sight of the private jet the nineteen year old has in his possession, but the other acted like it was a daily thing. They're used to this kind of luxury and Sammy had laughed when I asked if this was Jack's plane.

"Have you been on this before?" I ask Chris when we sit down on one of the comfortable bed-like couches. Sammy takes place on the other sofa and Jack and Jessica disappear behind a door. Probably a room where they have more privacy. I shake my head when various inappropriate thoughts start to suffocate my mind. Oh god, why am I even thinking about this? I feel the heat creeping up my cheeks and Chris touches my arm, "Are you feeling well? Do you have a fear of flying or something? This plane is a hundred percent safe, I'm telling you."

"No, I'm alright. I'm just a little hot," I smile and take off my army jacket to prove a point.

He nods and I direct my attention to an enthusiastic Sammy, who's talking about some sick hockey game he saw.

I wake up from a nap and open my eyes, feeling a little dizzy. It takes me a few seconds to realize that I'm in a bed on a plane. My eyes meet the golden ceiling and I roll my eyes. Of course, Jack is the only nineteen year old to have a golden ceiling in his private jet. My eyes travel around the small, but luxurious place when I realize that Chris is nowhere in sight. My heart speeds up when my mind goes wild with all the possibilities of where he could be. Would they trap me inside this jet to get that money by themselves?

All my questions are answered when I open a door and find the rest on the couch. Chris' head snaps up when he hears me and I walk towards him.

"Are you feeling better?" Chris whispers to me as I sit down on his lap. Jessica smiles at us and I smile back to let her know that I appreciate her coming with us. I haven't got the chance to sit down and talk to her, so I still have to do that.

I nod and smile at Chris while brushing my fingers against his jawline, "How long is the flight?"

"Two hours left," Jack answers and I hear Sammy draw out a, "Noooo."

I look at Jessica again and try to get her attention by waving my hand. She looks up with a surprised expression and nods when I point at the small room behind me.

"I'm gonna talk with Jes for a little bit," I say to Chris and rub his chest, trying to get his attention. He looks down and frowns, "Why?"

"Girl talk," I whisper and stand up quickly, so he doesn't get the chance to grab my arm.

"You've been sleeping for three hours, I don't deserve you this!" Chris clutches his heart dramatically and I roll my eyes, laughing. Jessica walks towards the door of the room I was in and opens the door.

"Wow, I didn't know that he had another room on this plane," Jessica beams at the decor of the small room and I close the door behind us.

"What do you want to talk about?" Jessica sits on the kingbed and looks up at me. It's obvious that she inherited the beautiful features that runs in their family. The sparkling green eyes, brown hair and the beautiful smile.

"I just wanted to thank you for everything you've done," I smile and she looks down at her hands, she probably didn't expect me thanking her.

"I didn't do anything, really," she says and puts a loose strand of hair behind her ear.

"You actually did," I raise my eyebrows, "Thanks for telling me about their plan and just... everything." Chris told me that Jessica always hated lying to other people, just like their dad before their parents divorced.

"I... I wanted to talk to you about something too," Jessica inhales deeply, "Did you and Jason kiss?"

"We did what?" My eyes almost fall out of their sockets and I bite my cheek, trying not to blush or scream.

"He... he told me that he still likes you and that you two kissed," Jessica hesitates and purses her lips, "He broke up with me because of you. Not that I care about him, I didn't even like him."

My mouth falls open. How could he go behind my back and lie to Jessica? Especially after I told him that it was a mistake. Jessica's eyes widen at something behind me and I hear a deep voice yell, "What the fuck?" through the small room. Jessica's eyes switch to mine and she looks sorry, but I can already see the storm that's coming.

[ Chris' POV ]

How could she? After all the times I told her not to come near him. I told her that I'm sorry, I proved her that I'm sorry, but she still goes behind my back and fucking kisses him. She knows that I despise him. Ryan was right, girls do nothing but fuck you up. I told him that I love her and he said to watch out. Oh god, I told Ryan that I love her. What the hell was I thinking that night? Yes, mom said that when you feel nothing but joy when you're around them, when you can't live without them, when you can't think clearly when you're not around them, when you can't sleep when you're not around them, you love that other person. But I couldn't possibly love her, right? Yes, I love watching her dance around the room when she thinks no one's home, the way her eyes crinkle when she smiles, the way her smile turns into a frown whenever she notices that I'm lying or when she was so acceptable when she heard that I'm a fucking criminal. I've never been in a relationship and here she is, fucking up the emotions I didn't knew I had.
