Tears [Carlos x Lando]

10. Bruises

„So what did you want to talk about carlos, i don't have much time." the fia president says. „I have some important documents for you." i say. „What are they about?" he asks me. „it's about how lawrance stroll, bought aston martin ilegally." i say with a smirk and hand him them over. His eyes widen and he opens them. After some minutes pass he was done reading them. „Thank you for handing me them mr. Sainz. But why haven't you given me this earlier? Were you helping them?" he asks me seriously. „I would have, but lance stroll black mailed me. He said he would ruin my career by telling anyone i've beeten him up because of lando. Yes i was mad but i wouldn't do such a thing you know." i say. „Oh wow okay, my apologize, we'll have a meeting with them later i want you to come too." he says. „I would love to." i smirk and leave.

I wake up and run my eyes to see that carlos isn't there, i sit up and put on my clothes. I go into the kitchen where daniel and max were cooking something. „Oh good morning lando!" max says. „Yeah uh good morning, do you know where carlos is." i ask max „i'm not sure i think he is somewhere on grid maybe training or in a meeting" max says. When i wanted to say something the door bell rings. Daniel goes to it and opens the door. I see george standing infront oft it. Max stands up. „What the fuck is he doing here?" max asks angry. „Chill babe he is my friend i invited him over." daniel says. George stares at me and i glare at him.

Seriously right now does he have to be everywhere i am. „Hey weirdo what are you doing here?" george asks. As i wanted to open my mouth max already talks „use you fucking brain he is my best friend he can come over whenever he wants." george rolls his eyes and we all go to the living room and talk. We mostly talk about the next race. „lando you're so bad at driving i mean you crashed last time. You have no talent." george says and laughs „hey thats rude george!" daniel says. „You know that lance drove into me." i say. „You're such a dumbass i bet you were driving like a grandma." george says. Max looks at george angrily and as he wanted to scream at him i said „i'll go use the toilet quickly." i stand up and go to the bathroom as i wanted to close the door someone pushed it open and closed it then.

„What the fuck do you wan-" i try to say but he grabs me by my throat and pushes me against the wall where i hit my head. I was too shocked to say anything „i wish you would've died in that fucking car crash you deserve it." he says and squeezes my throat even harder. I try to breath but i can't i kick my foot into his stomach and push him away. I breath heavily. He pushes my head against the wall and leaves again. I sit on the floor leaned against the bathroom wall and breath heavily. A tear rolls down my eye. I really don't understand why everyone wants me dead. Maybe i should really die. Someone knocks on the door and i dont answer. „Lando open the door why did russell suddenly storm off?" max asks. „Please leave." i say. „Lando open the fucking door." max says and i start to cry „PLEADE LEAVE ME ALONE OKAY. I AM ALRIGHT." i shout and he sighs.

Were in the middle of the meeting when my phone suddenly rings. „i am sorry give me a secound, yeah? I'm in the middle of an Important meeting" i say. „Come home." i hear max say. „Max i can't just walk home i'm in a meeting." i say. „Lando is acting weird." max says. „Coming right now." i say and go quickly back to the meeting. „I have to go now sorry." i say. „Carlos we are in an important meeting you can't just leave it's really important." the fia President says. „Lando isn't feeling well, nothing is more important than him." i say and leave.

When i entered max house he was already waiting. „What happend?" i ask him. „Lando locked himself in the bathroom and he doesn't want to come out." i go straight up to the bathroom and knock. „I told you to leave me alone max or daniel." he says. Is he crying? He sounds so shaky. „Lando open the door." i say. „Carlos?" he asks. „It's me love, open the door." i say. First nothing happens but then lando stands up and opens the door. When i see how tears run down his face i step in the bathroom and close it, i immediatly hug him. „Love what happend why are you crying?" i ask him as i wipe his tears out of his face. Lando opens his mouth to talk but doesn't. „Shh.. you don't have to tell me now, lets calm you down. Do you want a hot chocolate and maybe watch a movie?" i ask him as i softly kiss his cheek. „Only if we cuddle too.." he says quietly and i smile. „Of course." i say.

As we lay in bed and cuddle i kiss his neck but then i see a bruise and my eyes widen. „Lando.." i say and softly touch the spot where the bruise is. „Hm?" he says. „Why do you have a bruise on you neck." i look at him seriously. „Uh.. its still a bruise of my crash something from my car bumped against my neck.. haha, yeah.." lando says nervously. „Lando.." i say but lando starts to shake, i pull him on my lap and hold him close to me. „Love.. what happend." i ask him as i pet his back. „Carlos please.. i don't want to talk about it.." he says and i look at him worried. „But lando.." i try to say. „Please.." lando says and i sigh „alright.." i kiss his neck and we continue to watch the movie.
