28. Drowning

It got pretty late and we went to bed. Carlos pulles me close to him. "Good night angel, i love you." he says and i smile. "I love you too! sleep well." i kiss his cheek. Some time went by and carlos fell already asleep but i couldn't sleep at all. I kept trying but after an hour i gave up. I decided to go out for a walk. I put on some jeans and a shirt from carlos. I grabbed my phone and my keys, then i left our house. I wanted to take a walk at the beach because it always calmed me down. I take a 20 minutes walk to a quiet beach. There were barely any people, it's my favourite place. I sat down on the sand and i listend to the waves. The sky was clear and you could see every star. It was a beautiful and calm moment.

I place my phone next to me, when i hear a familar voice from behind. "Hello Lando. Did you miss me?" I turn my head confused to the person and i gasp. It's george. George Russell. I stand up in shock. "What the fuck do you want here?" i ask him and he glares at me. "Did you fucking follow me?" i ask him as i take one step back. "Yeah i did." He says with a disgusting grin. "what the fuck is wrong with you." I say as i slowly pick up my phone. When i wanted to call carlos he slapped the phone out of my hand. "You ruined everything lando. You destroyed the relationship carlos and i had. You are a terrible person!" he shouts and i stare at him. "i should be the one which carlos loves. I SHOULD BE THE ONE WEARING THAT RING!" He yells at me as he grabs my hand to pull my ring off. "G-Give that back!!" I shout. "YOU ARE WORTH NOTHING. HE DOESN'T LOVE YOU. YOU ARE UGLY, DUMB AND A TERRIBLE PERSON. YOU SHOULD DIE!" He screams at me as my eyes get teary. "I HATE YOU!! YOU SHOULD DROWN." he yells as he grabs my hair and drags me to the ocean. I bite his hand "OUCH YOU BASTARD!" He kicks me in my stomach and keeps draging me. He pushes my head under water for a long time and i struggle to hold my breath. He pulls me up again to push me down. I can't breath. I start to feel dizzy as he repeats doing it. Then he pulls me up. "See this ring?" he asks as he holds my ring infront of me. "Good luck finding it." he says as he throws it into the ocean. He walks off and i breath heavily searching for the ring in panic. I couldn't find it anywhere. When i wanted to give up i saw a sparkle in the water. I dived down to get to the sparkling thing and it realls was the ring. I swim back to the land and i go out of the water. I breath heavily. I try to calm myself down but i can't. I look down to my phone to see 20 missed calls from carlos. I took the phone with my wet hands to call him back. He immediately accepts the call "Lando where the fuck are you? You worried me so much you were gone for an hour and i couldn't reach you" he says and i breath heavily into my phone. "Lando.. are you alright? Where are you." he says. "C-Carlos.. i-i" i try to say but i start to sob. "shh love.. everything will be fine just say the place where you're at and i'll be there in 2 minutes." Carlos says worried. "B-B.. Beach" i say. "I'm coming." carlos says "Don't end the call. Stay on the phone with me." He says and i don't reply. I start coughing water. "Lando why are you coughing??" he asks me worried as he starts his car to drive to me.

After some minutes pass i see his car parking, he gets out of the car and runs to me. "Love! What happend?? Why are you wet?" He pulls me close. "Shh.. I am here now.. everything will be okay" he says. I start to sob in his arms. "Oh no poor lando. What happend to him?" I hear a voice say. It's george again. My eyes widen and i start to scream and point at him. Carlos looks down to me and then back to george. "What the fuck did you do to him george." Carlos says really angry. "Huh?? I didn't do anything why are you screaming at me lando? That's so rude." george says. I grip carlos shirt and i cry into his chest. I can feel carlos get angrier. "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO TO HIM?!?" He yells at george and george flinches. "carlos.. you are so mean. You have no clue what happend. lando attacked me and-" george tries to say. Carlos stands up "DON'T YOU DARE TO BLAME ANYTHING ON HIM!" Carlos grabs georges shirt and punches into his face. He kicks into his nuts and george falls down on the ground. "DON'T YOU EVER TRY TO TOUCH HIM AGAIN. NEVER EVER LOOK AT HIM OR BREATH THE SAME AIR AS HIM." Carlos screams at him as he kicks into george's stomach multiply times. Now he starts to kick into his face and punch him until he starts to bleed and cry. "I can't believe i've ever been friends with such a disgusting human being. NOW BETTER RUN BEFORE I KEEP GOING!" carlos shouts and george stands up to run away. Carlos tries to calm himself down as he walks over to me. He knees down to me and pulls me close. He kisses the top of my head. "everything is going to be alright.." He picks me up and carries me to his car, he gently puts me onto the front seat. He also gets on the car. "I'm here.." he says as he puts his hand on my leg. I put my cold hand on his. He starts the car and drives us back home. Carlos picks me up. "Do you want to take a warm bath?" he asks me but i shake my head. "n-no please not.." i say a bit paniced. "Alright.. What about a big hoodie of mine, a blanket and cuddling at the fire place?" he asks. "That sounds great.." i say. Carlos lays me down on the couch. He goes into our bedroom to get the clothes and his hoodie. "Here you favourite hoodie of mine and comfortable pants." he hands me them and i change. He turns on the fire place and wraps us into a blanket. He kisses my forhead. "can you tell me what happend love?" he asks me and i nod. "I-I couldn't sleep.. thats why i wanted to take a walk, down to my favourite place.. george was following me all this time but i didn't notice it. When i arrived at the beach he suddenly stood behind me." i say and carlos looks at me shocked. "Why didn't you call me love" he says as he pulls me closer. "I wanted to.. but he slapped my phone out of my hand. Then he freaked out and screamed at me, that i ruined everything, that i'm a bad person.." I say as i start to cry. "shh.. love i'm here. You aren't terrible or anything like that. You are the kindest person i've ever met" He kisses my head. I continue talking. "He then said.. he should be the one you love and he should be the one wearing this ring. Then he grabbed my hand and pulled off my ring." i say. Carlos kisses my head and listens to me. "Then he raged and told me to die. so.. he tried to.. drown me." i say. "HE WHAT?!" Carlos yells. "FUCKING BASTARD" i cuddle his chest. "Then he threw the ring into the ocean and left. I searched it for a long time." I looked at carlos and i see that his eyes are filled with anger. "HE WILL REGRET THAT." Carlos shouts as he stands up. "c-carlos you already punched the shit out of him." i say. "THATS NOT ENOUGH. HE HAS TO SUFFER. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO TOUCH YOU. NO ONE." He yells as he grabs his jacket. He opens the front door. "D-DON'T LEAVE ME!" I scream as tears roll down my eyes. Carlos stops moving. He looks back at me and then he closes the front door. He walks back to me and pulls me to him. "I will never leave you. I'm sorry. I just want to make him pay." carlos says and i hug him
