Tears [Carlos x Lando]

7. friends.

"YOU FUCKING BASTARD!!" I shout as i push Lance against the Wall. "What the fuck do you want?!" he asks me angry and pushes me away. "YOU NEARLY KILLED LANDO!" I shout and push him again. "It was landos fault not mine you idiot!" He says. I look at him with my hate filled eyes. "What did you just say." i ask quieter. "It was landos fucking fault he drove crazy in front of me! I would be glad if he dies." He says angry. what the fuck did he just say.  "YOU FUCKING BASTARD!" I scream and grab him by his shoulder. I kick him a few times in his stomach until he falls on the floor. "you will regret saying that." I say as I grab him by his hair and smash his head against the wall. "Woah Woah Woah! Calm down buddy!" Someone says as he pulls me away from lance. "What the fuck! Let me go!" I say as i turn arround to see who it is. It's Daniel ricciardo and next to him is max verstappen. "It's enough Carlos, it will only bring you trouble if you continue hurting him. I'm mad at him too, trust me." Max says and puts his Hand on my shoulder. "You don't understand." I say. "Carlos we understand you but you didn't have to fight with him!" Daniel says. "No! You don't understand! He said he would be fucking glad if lando dies!" I say angry and try to punch lance again but daniel holds me back. "He did fucking what!?" max raises his voice. "We don't have fucking time for that guys! We have to go to lando, y'all are too mad i will drive." Daniel says and grabs our arms to pull us with him. "You will regret that." I say and look at lance who just wipes the blood off his forhead and leaves.

I nervously sit in the waiting room with max. Daniel went to the doctor to ask him how lando was. He comes back and i look at him with a bit hope. "I'm sorry but there is nothing new, his situation is still critical" daniel says and sits down next to me. I can't do this anymore. I started breathing very irregularly. I started sweating. "Please stop this nightmare." I lean forward and hide my face in my hands. "Max! I think he is having a panic attack!" Daniel says hectic. Max looks at me and puts an arm arround me to comfort me. "Carlos please try to get your breathing under controll. I know how hard this is for you but we are here for you and i am sure lando will be okay soon." he says as he pets my back. "daniel please get him some water." max says while looking to daniel. I start to cry. "Max i can't do this. What if he doesn't make it! I can't live without him! i need him, i love him!! My heart hurts max!" i say crying. "Carlos.. please try to calm down. I know it's easy to say that but you have to be here for Lando, i don't want that you end up in the hospital too okay? Everything will be okay, the doctor just said to me on the way back to y'all that landos situation got better." daniel says as he hands me over the water. My eyes are full hope again. "Really!? Did he say that?" I ask him as i try not to sip the water with my shaky hands. "Yes he did. So please try to calm down now and drink."  daniel says. I nod and drink my water. After a while my breathing has returned to normal.

"One person can visit Lando Norris now. But he is still Unconscious." The doctor says. I jump up from my seat. "Can i please?" i ask. "Of course! go to your boyfriend carlos!" max says. I go to landos room and open the room. As I see lando laying there so weak my heart breaks. I take a chair and place it next to him. I sit down and carefully take his Hand to hold it. 

I was the whole day by his side, i didn't leave the room and i didn't let go off his Hand. Daniel and max came in too for a few times but i still stayed. I hear the door open and turn to it. "Sir i'm sorry, you have to leave now." a nurse says. My eyes widen. "No.. please not i want to stay with him. I am begging you!" i say sadly. "Sir, i'm really sorry but you can come back tomorrow. Mr. Norris is going to be operated in 30 Minutes. You don't have to worry it's only a small operation and after that he will be healthy again." the nurse says. I sigh and look at lando sadly. I stand up and kiss his forhead. "I will be back soon my love." i whisper. I slowly leave the room and see daniel and max waiting in front of it. "You guys are still here?" i ask confused. "Of course we are here carlos, you are our friend and we are here for you." Max says. "and also we don't want you to go alone to your hotel today, we're in monaco so you will stay with us at max's place." daniel says. "Thank you.." I whisper. "That's what friends are there for! Now let's get you home. You have to rest." Max says and we go to daniel's car.

I tried to sleep. But i couldn't i am way too worried. I sit up and sigh, It's already 3 in the morning. I hope Lando is fine now, his operation was a 2 hours ago. I stand up and go to the kitchen to grab myself some water. I see someone there. I widen my eyes. "LANDO?! Y-YOU'RE HERE!!" I say as i run to him with a big smile. But i ran through him. "h-huh?" i say confused and turn to him. "I'm dead carlos! i'm dead and it's all your fault! you couldn't protect me! I HATE YOU!" Lando screams. "L-Lando no, i'm so sorry.. you can't be dead please! it's all my fault!!" I say with tears in my eyes. "I will be gone forever now." he says.

"NOO!!" I scream as i sit up, i was laying on the couch?.. It was all a nightmare.. I am sweating and shivering badly. "Hey buddy are you alright?" a voice says and my eyes move to it. It's max.  "Oh sorry.. did i wake you up? I had a nightmare.." I say. Max sits down next to me "You don't have to apologize. You had a nightmare about Lando right?" he asks and i nod. "He died. And he said  it's all my fault, he is right. I couldn't protect him.." i say sadly. "Carlos, it's not your fault. Don't blame it on you, he was racing and stroll was the one who crashed into him. You couldn't do anything, and lando would never blame you. You know that right?" max says. "You're right i guess.." i say. "Well it's already 5 a.m. i can wake up daniel and we can drive to the hospital." Max suggests.  "Yes please." i say. "I will be right back, gonna wake up daniel." he says and stands up. "Oh and max." i say. He turns to me with and raised eyebrow. "Thank you." i say. "That's what friends are there for." he smiles.
