Tears [Carlos x Lando]

24. Marriage.

Today is going to be the most beautiful day in my life.

I am so excited, i couldn't sleep and now it's already morning. I've waited for this day so long. It's going to be the best day in my life. I feel complete with him. I can't live without him, i need him. I love to wake up next to him every day, I love to see him every day, i love to kiss him, i love to feel him, i love to talk to him. I love him.

 He already left with his mother and his cousin to get ready. Max and Daniel will come soon, they will help me to get ready for the wedding. I stood up and took a shower, i look at myself in the mirror and i start to smile. I am going to marry carlos! I put on regular clothes and wait for max and daniel to arrive.

When the door bell rings i stand up and open it. Max and daniel enter my house. "And are you excited?" daniel asks me. "Yes! Totally. I couldn't sleep at all." I say. Max smiles at me "Let's get you ready, it will take a while!" Max says and I nod. 

It's now 7 p.m. and were done. "Lando you look gorgeous!" Max says and daniel agrees. I smile at them. "We have to bring you to the location now." Daniel says and we leave the house. We drive to the beach and we get into max's boat. Our Wedding will be on the beautiful island where carlos proposed to me. When we got near the island i started to get nervous and daniel noticed so he sat down next to me. "Everything is going to be perfect Lando." Daniel says and I smile. When We arrived the island max helped me out of the boat. "I am so happy for you." Max says with a big smile. "Thank you for everything max." i say. "Always." he replys. We slowly walked to the location. Max and daniel already went to the front.

It's beautiful. The most beautiful thing i've ever seen, everywhere were white roses and candles.  The waves created a beautiful and calm sound and the guests were sitting on white chairs. Also the sun was going under.. it's the most beautiful sunset i've ever seen. Carlos was already standing on the end of the aisle and he was talking to max. My father was waiting for me and i walked to him, he smiled and pulled me in for a hug. A older lady was starting to play the violine and my father wrapped his arm arround mine. Carlos eyes move to mine and he looks at me amazed. My father slowly walks me down the aisle and my eyes get teary. When We arrived the end of the aisle my father kissed my head and sat down next to my mother. A tear rolls down my cheek and carlos puts his hand gently on my cheek. He wipes away my tear and smiles. I place my hand on his and also smile. I look to the right a bit shocked  because max is standing there. "You are going to officiate our wedding?" I ask and he nods. I smile bridely. Carlos takes my hands and i look at him. "You look so beautiful lando." he says and i blush. He is wearing a beautiful black suit. it really suits him. "You also look amazing carlos." I say and he smiles. "Are you ready?" Max asks and we both nod. 

"We are gathered together on this day to witness and celebrate the marriage of Carlos & Lando. We come together not to mark the start of a relationship, but to acknowledge and strengthen a bond that already exists. This ceremony is a public affirmation of that bond and as their dearest family and friends, it is our honor and privilege to stand witness to this event. 

This day is made possible not only because of your love for each other, but through the grace and support of your family and friends. It is our hope that your fulfillment and joy in each other will increase with each passing year." Max says. I look into carlos eyes and i try not to cry. I love him so much, i want to be with him forever. I look over to my mother and i see her crying with a smile. 

Max continues talking "We come now to the words Lando and Carlos want to hear the most today...the words that take them across the threshold from being engaged to being married. A successful marriage is not something that just happens. It takes work, it takes patience, and it takes time. It takes a commitment from both of you... a commitment to do whatever it takes to make your relationship thrive and not just simply survive.

Carlos, will you will you love lando for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, for as long as you both shall live."

"I do." carlos replys 

"Lando, will you will you love carlos for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, for as long as you both shall live."

"I do." I reply as tears roll down my cheek

"Carlos and Lando, having heard that it is your intention to be married to each other, I now ask you to declare your marriage vows. Please face each other and hold hands." Max says and Carlos takes my hands gently.

"I, Carlos take you, Lando to be my Husband. I will share my life with yours, and build our dreams together, Support you through times of trouble, and rejoice with you in times of happiness. I promise to give you respect, love and loyalty. This commitment is made in love, kept in faith, lived in hope, and made new every day of our lives." carlos says and i start to cry even more. Carlos wipes my tears away with a smile and i calm down. I breath in and start talking. "I lando take you, carlos to be my Husband. You have been my best friend, mentor, teammate, confidant, and my greatest challenge. But most importantly, you are the love of my life and you make me happier than I could ever imagine and more loved than I ever thought possible. You have made me a better person, as our love for one another is reflected in the way I live my life. So I am truly blessed to be a part of your life, which as of today becomes our life together." I say while i hold carlos hands softly. I see a tear rolling down his eye and i smile softly at him. I wipe his tear away and whisper. "I love you carlos." "I love you too" he replys.

My niece walks down the aisle with our rings and hands them to us, we thank her and she walks back to her mother. "Your wedding ring is a symbol of your promise to one another. The ring, an unbroken, never ending circle, is a symbol of committed, unending love." max says.

"I give you this ring as a sign of my love and faithfulness." Carlos says and places the ring on my finger. Tear roll down my cheek again. I can't describe how happy i am right now. "I give you this ring as a sign of my love and faithfulness." I say and place his ring on his Finger. "Carlos and Lando from this moment forward you will never be alone. You will carry with you the love of another person, giving you a completeness and renewed lightness. May your life together be immersed in love and excitement. May you strive to enrich each other in every possible way. And may you work to bring the peace you find to this world." 

"And so now by the power vested in me by _______, it is my honor and delight to declare you husband and husband. You may seal this declaration with a kiss." Max says and carlos places his hands gently on my waist, i place my arms arround his neck and he pulls me in for long kiss. The guests stand up and clap loudly. When we finished our kiss i look deep into his eyes. "I love you so much my husband." I say and i start to cry from happiness. Carlos pulls me closer. "I love you too, my husband." he whispers as he kisses the top of my head. 

I have never been happier. I love carlos so fucking much and now we're married. I smile as i watch him talk with our guests. He is my everything. He is the only thing i need to live. He makes me feel complete, i feel so safe arround him. Ever since the day we met, my emptyness was filled. I want to be with him forever until the day we die and even then, our souls will be with each other forever.
