Tears [Carlos x Lando]

11. Birthday!

It is my birthday today! When we woke up i was excited but lando only said good morning and nothin else. I sigh and get my clothes on. „You know what day today is?" he asks and i smile again. „ITS RACE DAY!!!" lando says and i look at him a sad. „Yeah.." i say. „Do you maybe want to eat breakfast together." i ask him. „sorry i don't have time for that, i have a meeting now." he says and opens the door. I look at him dejectedly. He really forgot my birthday..

We had a lot to do today and i saw lando barely we had meetings in the morning interviews and the race. When i wanted to congrate lando for p6 he already left. It really hurts that he forgot my birthday. Yesh many people wished me a happy birthday but i don't care about that they arenMt important to me i only want to hear it from my love. I sigh and get into my car to drive back to our hotel

When i open the room i see roses lay on the floor which make a path, i follow then and i see lando standing there with many presents behind him and a really big cake next to him.
„Suprise!" he shouts and i smile bridely. „i'm sorry for acting like i forgot your birthday it was really hard and i wanted to give in many times. I only wanted to make a big suprise and you didn't see that coming." lando says and i come closer to him. I grab his waist and press my body against his to connect our lips into and soulful kiss. I slowly start to kiss his neck and bite it a bit. He makes cute noises and i took off his shirt.

When we were done we were breathing heavily and i pulled him on top of me to cuddle him. „I love you." i whisper in his ear. „I love you too." he says and kisses my neck. Then we both fell asleep.

On the next day we woke up and we put our clothes back on. „Do you want to open the presents now?" he asks me. „You made me the best present yesterday" i wink at him and he turns red. I chuckle. „You're adorable." i say and take one of his presents. I open it and my eyes widen. „Oh my god lando.. you didn't have too.. how did you get it." i stare down at an really old REAL senna racing suit. I pull lando into a hug and kiss him. „Lando.. thank you so much." i say and lando smiles at me. I have to tell lando something and i'm really scared to tell him.. but right now it's not a good moment.

In the evening i call lando to the living room. „Yes my love what you wanted to talk about?" he asks me with a smile. I open my mouth and try to talk but i don't. I shake my head and sigh. Lando looks a bit worried now. „I am going to leave mclaren." i say quickly and look up at lando to see his reaction. „Oh.." he says and stands up. „uh.. where are you gonna race then?.." he asks. „Ferrari." i say. „Congratulations." he says and goes to the door. „I need a bit time for myself.." he says and i nod. He leaves the hotel room and i sigh.

When it's already turning late and lando still isn't back i get a bit worried. I call him but he doesn't pick up. Oh god lando..
when i was lando where would i be? Suddenly i had a idea where he is and i jumped up. I took my jacket with me and left the hotel. I walked to the beach and saw lando laying there on the samd as he watches the stars and listens to the waves. I lay down next to him and take his hand. „I'm sorry-" i try to say but lando stops me. „Don't be.. it's a great opportunity for you and i am not mad or anything, i am happy for you but i will miss you." i say. „Lando, we will still soend as much time together as now i promise. When we're on grid i'll always come to you and you'll come to me." i say and look in his eyes. „You're right. But i'm afraid my new teammate won't like me." he says. „I heared rumours that daniel might go to mclaren. Daniel is you friend." i say and lando smiles. „You're right." he says. „We will do this!" he says and i smile as we watch the stars.
