'Crash Zone'

I continue to listen in on their conversation since it's going somewhere I wouldn't even thought. Staring? Does Robin like the Harrington lifestyle with all the women and parties? She did want to be popular because she was stuck in the shadows.

"Mrs Clicks?" Steve questions confusedly. I slide under another stall, the one Steve was just in to hear the conversation even closer. Robin chuckles "Tammy Thompson." She responds, making everything click inside my head.

"I wanted her to look at me. But...she couldn't pull her eyes away from you and your stupid hair.-" she notes as my smile turns into a sad smile. She's gay, she likes women. My heart breaks for her, being gay in the 80's is new and scary for her and people like her.

"I didn't understand, because you would get bagel crumbs all over the floor and you asked dumb questions. And you were a douchebag.-" this is getting emotional not just for me, for her. I want to hug her and help her find someone who feels the same way. I want Robin to be happy.

"And you didn't even like her and.... I would go home and just scream in my pillow." She finishes making me all emotional. I feel bad for her. It's so hard for her to find someone she loves in the 80's since she doesn't know how people will react to her.

I sort of knew she was gay, but I couldn't figure out wether it was true or not. But I guess now it is. She was in love with Tammy. "Tammy Thompson is a girl.." Steve says not figuring out what she just said. It goes silent.

I stand up and walk over to their stall smiling. I'm happy for Robin, I wouldn't care how Robin chooses who to love, she's still the same Robin I love from the moment I met her and her loving girls will never ever change that and whoever thinks she's changed just because she likes women can fuck off. It gives them no right to treat people differently based off their lovers. Are we still stuck in the 1800's?

Robin shuffles over and she makes room for me to sit down. Steve then realises what she's just said. "I love you Robin and nothing will change that." I state smiling, leaning onto her shoulder as it stays silent.

"Just uh, I mean yeah, Tammy Thompson, you know, she's cute and all but... she's a total dud." Steve smirks and I gasp. "Steve Harrington!" I whisper yell, playfully smacking his leg. "She is not." Robin defends her, making me smile.

"Yeah, she is. She wants to be a singer. She wants to move to like, Nashville and shit." He states shaking his head and I grin. "She has dreams." She continues to defends Tammy as Steve begs to differ "she can't even hold a tune. She's practically tone-deaf. Have you heard her?-" he questions sarcastically, making me and Robin giggle.

"All the time.-" he starts singing atonally "'you see me now tonight. You see me now'-" he continues to sing making me erupt with laughter. "She doesn't sound like that." She states and I shake my head. "She does sound like that." I comment grinning
