Reno x Reader: Playful Manner

Omgggg this will be a really fun request to do! I cannot wait to see what i come up with for this one!🤩🤩🤩 this was requested by Silver_Demon47, so without further ado, let's do this!!!

You hid behind a pillar, hand draped over your mouth to conceal a playful giggle. Everyday since you started working as a Turk, a game of silent tag between you and a man named Reno Sinclair, who you had already fallen head over heels with, and he with you. And ever since, the game of silent tag was on. You bit your lower lip in anticipation as his footsteps approached. You always knew it was him due to how he walked with his shoulders high and his chest puffed to assert his dominance.

"Oh doll face. You can't hide forever. I will find you." You could hear him tap his electric rod on his shoulder bone, something he does when he thinks he's cool. And to you, he was. Peeking to make sure he wasn't still around, which, he had already just walked away, you revealed yourself and blew him a kiss.

"Oh Reno, that may be so, but what's stopping me?" You made sure he heard you, and he smirked upon the teasing beauty before him.

"Careful with your words sweetheart. You could get yourself in a lot of trouble with a mouth like that." You grinned at his words, and bolted in the opposite direction, casually walking past Tseng to lower any suspicious thoughts he may or may not have. And the game continued as the day went by. Reno couldn't seem to catch you. It was almost like you changed your route around the company as you patroled the area. There was only one rule to the game: it stays between the two of you, no matter what or who you're with. Anyways, as the day came to an end, you were walking down to your car with Elena when a hand grabbed you, pulling your body towards them. You looked up to see Reno playfully sticking his wet muscle out at you. He had you cornered to the wall, and the way he eyed you down caught you off guard.

"Hello princess. Did you miss me?" He purred, getting awfully close.

"Reno, you naughty boy. Elena could've seen you." You were lucky she didn't. Otherwise, the game would have been compromised. But if you took too long flirting, she would be the first to find out.

"Don't worry princess, this'll only take a second. I haven't seen that pretty face all day, and I've been dying to put my lips all over it." He said in a soft tone. Shit! That could mean that you were going to be It. You were having so much fun running away from Reno, and never getting caught! And he had you closely compacted to the wall, so there was really no escaping if the opportunity were to arise. Before you knew it, he gently pulls your face to his, delicately kissing you as if you were the most fragile thing to him. He was never rough with you, and treated you like a princess, even if you two aren't together. I mean, it's against the rules anyways, hence why you two came up with the silent game of tag. You wanted to savor the moment with him, but all good things had to come to an end.

"You're It princess. Better go before Elena realizes you're gone." He gave you a wink before strolling away casually, probably not a thought to that head of his. You fixed yourself, and made your way back to Elena, making up an excuse as to why you had suddenly disappeared.

"I had to pee! Yeah, I couldn't wait!" Yeah that was a lie. The next day, you couldn't get a minute alone with Reno. The president had called all of you to his office, assigning missions to each of you.

"Tseng, there's been a thief stealing from the warehouse. Go investigate it and bring them back for further questions. Cissnei and Elena, continue to patrol the perimeter. Reno and Rude, go and find out where my food is. As for you Y/n, i have a special mission for you. The rest of you are dismissed." You stole a glance at Reno, who had a worried look on his face as he and the other Turks left. The silence was awkward to say the least, so naturally, you spoke up.

"Sir, I-"

"Why do you think I hired you? Go on, take your best guess." The president stood up, looking out the window of his office.

"You hired me because I knew I would be a good part of the team." He laughed, and threw a cup at you, missing your head by an inch, the broken pieces hitting the door behind you.

"You think so? Because last time I checked, flirting with your coworkers isn't part of the contract." Your face turned red. Does he know?! You gulped, pretending to be as innocent as you once were when you started.

"I'm sorry, but I don't understand." You really wanted to keep playing this little game with Reno. It was just too much fun.

"You want to play games with me? That's fine. But just so you know, I'm not stupid. Whatever you have going on with Mr. Sinclair needs to end, now. I will not have you fucking around here with my best Turks. Do you understand?" You felt hurt at his stinging words. Your heart dropped to the pit of your stomach. Never have you felt so.... Shitty.

"Yes sir, I understand." You swallowed the urge to back slap your boss and bit your tongue, finally exiting his office. You were just walking away, when Reno joins you on your stroll.

"Yo, are you good? I heard all of that." You kept on going, ignoring him.

"Leave me alone Reno......" Tears started to fall from your face, and it was clear as day now.

"Hey, don't listen to the boss. He's just mad he can't get bitches." He wanted to keep playing with you. He liked you enough to risk everything.

"We need to be more careful Reno! Do you want to lose this job?! Cause I certainly don't!" You loudly whispered to him.

"And we will princess. Trust me, I've got this." And so, you and Reno continued the game for three more months, taking turns being It before the president fired you for negligence. Now without a job, you could no longer play with Reno and potentially have a relationship with the red headed weirdo. Later, you found out that Rude had anonymously snitched to the president of your little affair with Reno, and of course, you were pissed and never wanted to see him or his cute partner again. However, that was about to change today. You sat at home, watching your favorite comfort show, when you heard a knock on the door. Reno stood at the door, holding a bouquet of flowers in his hands.

"Hey baby doll. I just wanted to see how you were." You let him in, and after some talking, you decided to start a relationship with him, only after making him promise to keep playing your little game with you for the rest of your days, and of course, he'd do anything for you.
