So, in the last chapter, you were a confident character that everyone loved and admired, and Sephiroth was your happy ending. This time, it'll be Vincent Valentine! Thanks to a certain reader(I can't mention their name because their username won't pop up), it gives me an idea for this chapter! It may contain fluff, so be ready😭😭😭😭 @Anime123miku (there we go...)
Impeccable. That's what you were known as. You were also a member of the Tsviets, fighting alongside Rosso the Crimson most of the time. After all, she had found you half dead in a lab so many years ago. You had forgotten how you ended up being an experiment, but you knew you were one of the failed ones. You had scars, but even Rosso didn't judge. But, that was then. They were all dead, and you had no choice but to join AVALANCHE, an anti Shinra terrorist group led by a bar owner, an ex SOLDIER, and a man with a gun for a hand. There were many other members, but you didn't care. You had a cold heart, and you kept your title. Often, whenever people saw you, they called you a goddess, from the way you walked and how your hair moved with your body. You still wore the outfit you sported when you were still with the Tsviets, a white jumpsuit with a cape like skirt, and white ankle boots. One day, you stepped into the bar, all eyes on you.

"Hot mama!"
"You got a man, beautiful?!" You were getting cat calls from all around from the customers, and frankly, you loved it. Nero used to compliment you all the time right before he died.
"Y/n, when are you gonna warm up to us? It's been three years." Tifa, the owner of the bar, slid a drink your way as you sat down.
"Never. I'm just here for the drinks, nothing more." You answered coldly. You never liked anyone, besides Rosso and Nero.
"That's harsh, don't you think? We let you in after we ended the Tsviets. The least you can do is be a little nicer." The ex SOLDIER Cloud sat to your left.
"You know what? I can't take this assault right now. I need to blow off some fucking steam." You downed your drink, and violently stomped out of the bar, bumping into a tall man with a red cloak. Vincent.
"Hey, are you alright? You look tense." His deep raspy voice was enough to get your heart stopping, but you vaguely ignored it.
"Yeah. Whatever. I gotta go. I'll see you around." You've never said that before. I'll see you around? What the hell did I say that for? You thought to yourself as you walked over to Scrap Boulevard, a place where you can be alone, and nobody could know where you were.
"All you'll ever be is a failed experiment." Ugh..... That voice.... It's so nasally and annoying.....
"Nobody will ever love someone like you..." No stop!!!! You held your hair in your hands, as if it'll help with that voice in your head. Why am I feeling this way? Im scared, and I want to cry..... This isn't like me at all..... Someone help me before I go insane.......
"Y/n?" As if on cue, Vincent cautiously approached you and knelt to your level.
"Leave me to atone for my sins....." Vincent looked you into your cold eyes, not saying a word.
"I fell in love once...... He was special to me.... But..... He cared about his brother more than me, and he distanced himself from my love....... That was my sin...... And this..... Having a cold heart..... This is my punishment.........." You said with agony. You realized that you were gonna be alone for rest of your days, and nobody was ever going to love you because of how cold you are towards everyone. You hugged your knees, a tear falling down your cheek.
"As did I. I fell in love once too. Everything you just said is all too familiar to me." You finally gathered the strength to look into his eyes, and you noticed how red they were. They were like rubies. They were...... Beautiful....
"Vincent...."
"Y/n...."
The distance between the two of you closed, and the moment you were about to kiss, is the moment you had dreaded for so long. A bullet grazed your cheek, and you were in shock when you and Vincent investigated it. Rosso?!!
"Y/n, darling. I have found you." Vincent pulled you behind him, glaring at her.
"You're not taking her. She's with AVALANCHE now."
"Are you really going to stay with them Y/n? You're forever going to be a Tsviet, nothing more."
"Rosso...." You started to say, but everything seemed to slow down, because you remembered standing there as Vincent getting his chest ripped open. Rosso was going to do it again!!!
"Vincent!!!" You leapt in front of him, clashing weapons with your once true friend.
"Maybe you're not so failed after all." She laughed as the two of you fought.
"I've had enough! At least now, I'm getting treated like I'm more than a person!!!" Suddenly, Rosso stabs her weapon into your chest, and pulls it out quickly. You don't remember much after that, because you were blacking out from the impact.
Y/n, wake up. Please." Vincent....? You eyes slowly blinked open, your head pounding.
"Oh my god, Y/n, are you okay?!" Tifa ran to your aid. You learned that after you passed out, Vincent reached his limit break and finished Rosso off for good, and brought you back in his Chaos form. A week later, thanks to the mako in your system, you healed up tremendously. You went up to the guest bedroom, where Vincent had asked you to meet him.
"Vincent?" The moment you locked the door behind you and sat next to him on the bed, he leaned in and kissed you for the first time. He wrapped his gloved arm around you, indulging in the flavor of your mouth.
"Just finishing where we started.. Is that okay?" You smiled as the two of you laid there, cuddling.
"Yeah. That's fine with me. I was wrong about you and the others. You're all alright." He smiled through his cloak and held you close to his chest.
