Aly stood in the kitchen, putting together a snack of chips and salsa.
"Wait," Sierra sat on the couch on her phone, she looked over at her sister, her phone in her hand, "You were serious?"
"Huh?" Aly questioned dipping a tortilla chip into the salsa, she popped the chip in her mouth and walked over to Sierra.
"You're seriously dating someone?" Sierra pointed her phone screen at her, Aly's instagram story sat on her screen.
"Yes," Aly's cheeks warmed as she took a seat across from her sister, crossing her feet under herself.
"You never did explain to me what happen with Christian," Sierra locked her phone, dropping it into her lap as she looked over at her.
"Well yeah all that other stuff kind of happened," Aly shrugged. She ended up telling her they had broken up a week or two after it happened but hadn't given her any details.
"But it wasn't anything crazy, it was mutual. We're still friends," Aly explained, careful to not go into any major details.
"Oh...so when did this new guy come into the scene?" Sierra asked.
"You'll get answers to that after you meet him," Aly shot her down, "What are you wearing tonight?"
"This matching red set, it's like a cute little bra top and some wide leg pants," Sierra explained, "You?"
"I bought a cute little black dress the other day," Aly smiled, excited about the dress waiting for her upstairs.
